• Primarily work with Product Managers and help them to make correct data-informed decisions;

About the Role

Project Description:

A leading provider of drilling fluid, solids control, and waste management solutions that support well construction and industrial drilling operations. Role Summary

The Inventory & Demand Planning team is hiring a Data Analyst to scale a high-impact analytics roadmap across inventory, in-stock, supply, and forecasting. This role builds and maintains the data foundation that powers decision-making by translating business rules into reliable datasets, automating recurring KPI outputs, and supporting the ABC/XYZ + lifecycle governance framework so leaders and merchants operate from consistent, auditable numbers with minimal manual effort.

This is a hands-on analytics engineering role centered on data pipelines, automation, and metric integrity to enable planning decisions and streamline reporting/governance outputs. The analyst will partner closely with Inventory Planning leadership to implement definitions, validations, and scalable reporting.

What You’ll Work On

· Build and maintain curated BigQuery tables/views that standardize inventory, demand, availability, open POs/in-transit, backorders, and KPI feeds.

· Write clean, performant SQL that powers weekly/monthly reporting and executive dashboards.

· Automate refreshes and reduce manual effort through validations, reconciliations, exception flags, and clear documentation.

· Support ABC/XYZ roadmap execution by producing required inputs/outputs, applying multiplier logic, and keeping the classification pipeline stable and easy to audit.

· Support forecasting improvements using Python (data prep, feature engineering, back-testing, evaluation) and help operationalize outputs into cadence reporting.

· Expand datasets with additional signals where available (promo flags/types, merchandising tags, launch/NPA indicators, traffic/CVR signals, marketing calendar attributes).

· Partner with Merchandising, Marketing Ops, Finance, and BI/IT to align definitions, improve data quality, and drive adoption of standardized metrics.

· KPI tables and dashboard feeds refresh reliably with minimal manual intervention.

Required Qualifications

· 3–5 years in analytics/data roles (retail/e-commerce strongly preferred).

· Strong SQL and hands-on experience with BigQuery (or similar cloud warehouse).

· Working Python proficiency for analysis/automation (pandas/NumPy).

· Experience supporting BI dashboards and recurring reporting.

· Demonstrated ability to validate and reconcile metrics across sources, troubleshoot discrepancies, and document logic clearly.

· Strong problem-solving, attention to detail, and clear communication with business stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

· Familiarity with ML/forecasting workflows (feature engineering, evaluation, operationalizing outputs) to support forecasting and driver-based models in partnership with the team.

• Validate data accuracy and visual elements; review and finalize reports with stakeholders.

• Implement (daily/weekly/monthly) email report summaries.

• Implement event-based (trigger) notifications from reports to different departments via email (or other channels) 

 Report Automation

• Streamline existing data collection, processing, and aggregation workflows using scripts (SQL).

• Reduce manual effort, accelerate report refresh cycles, and ensure process reliability.

 Database Interaction

• Design and maintain database schemas (OLTP/OLAP), document data models.

• Write high‑performance SQL queries, apply indexing, and optimize complex JOINs.

• Ensure data integrity and consistency, perform transaction audits, and manage access controls.

 Data Extraction

• Set up secure, reliable export procedures for CSV/Parquet/JSON formats.

• Automate data dumps for internal teams and external partners.

BI System Configuration

• Grafana, Tableau or Power BI: Prepare datasets and data models; build interactive dashboards; configure filters, parameters, and Level of Detail (LOD) calculations; publish reports on Tableau Server/Online with appropriate permissions.

• Metabase: Develop queries via the Question Builder and custom SQL editor; design cards and dashboards; enable parameterized reporting; automate report deliveries via email (is plus)

Technical Support

• Advise team members on BI tools and reporting best practices.

• Conduct training sessions and workshops for end users.

• Rapidly troubleshoot incidents; maintain process documentation and user guides in Confluence.

In this role, you will

• Analyze paid marketing campaigns across multiple channels, regions, creatives
• Build regular reports and provide ad-hoc analytics on marketing effectiveness (CAC, ROI, LTV, attribution).
• Connect marketing data with product metrics to measure the true business impact of campaigns.
• Monitor marketing funnel health and detect anomalies or drops in performance.
• Collaborate with product analysts, marketers, and data engineers to improve data pipelines and tracking.

We are looking for a motivated Credit Risk Analyst to join our team in a fully remote role. The ideal candidate has experience in credit risk modelling, strong Python and SQL skills, as well as hands-on experience with scoring models. You will build and optimize advanced credit risk and anti-fraud models by leveraging machine learning, anomaly detection, and alternative data alongside traditional scoring. Working with client data, you will translate complex algorithmic outputs into clear, actionable insights for clients, partners, and internal teams.

What we're looking for:

• 2+ years of experience in credit risk modelling.
• Solid knowledge of classical methods (logistic regression, decision trees, scorecards) and ML (boosting, random forests, neural networks).
• Strong Python and SQL skills.
• Background in a bank, fintech, or data vendor environment.
• Experience with PD modelling, scoring, and portfolio performance metrics.
• Comfortable working end-to-end: from raw data to a validated, production-ready output.
• Able to present findings clearly to non-technical audiences, including clients and business partners.
