About the role
You’ll validate functional quality and ensure requirements are met before staging/production release, enforcing structured test processes, traceability (RTM), and disciplined validation cycles. You have authority to block releases when acceptance criteria are not met.

• Nice-to-Have Skills Description:

  Experience with web applications test automation, API testing, Performance testing, Azure\AWS cloud services
  QA experience (Experience with Oil and Gas Upstream applications preferred)
  Experience with SDLC/STLC processes and complete understanding of various testing types viz Smoke, Functional, Integration, Performance, Regression and User Acceptance Testing etc.
  ISTQB foundation level certified (Optional)
  Well versed with Test Case creation, Defect and Test Management tool (Azure DevOps/TFS, JIRA)
  Basic understanding of Framework creation using any of the Automation tool.

Requirements:

- Experience in software testing (manual QA), preferably with CRM systems

- Experience with Oracle Siebel CRM is a strong advantage

- Understanding of software testing methodologies and QA processes

- Experience in writing and executing test cases, test plans, and test scenarios

- Experience with functional, regression, and smoke testing

- Basic knowledge of SQL and ability to work with databases

- Understanding of client-server architecture

- Experience in API testing (Postman, SOAP UI or similar tools) is a plus

- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Attention to detail and ability to work independently

- Good communication skills

Nice to have:

- Experience with test management tools (e.g., Jira, TestRail)

- Basic knowledge of Siebel configuration or workflows

- Understanding of telecom domain

- English level: Intermediate or higher
