Мета ролі

Посилити технічний менеджмент, взяти під контроль розвиток сайтів MTicket і Контрамарки, завершити інтеграцію старої системи з новою, прискорити запуск функцій та усунути поточні технічні проблеми, що призводять до фінансових втрат.

Основні обов’язки: 

1. Управління сайтами MTicket та Контрамарка

• Координація технічної підтримки та розвитку сайтів.
  
  

• Постановка завдань на розробку, верстку та дизайн (лендинги, правки інтерфейсу, модулі).
  
  

• Контроль строків, якості та відповідності бізнес-пріоритетам.
  
  

• Уніфікація віджетів, модулів і дублюючих елементів.

2. Інтеграція старої та нової системи

• Керування процесом заморозки старої системи та перенесення її функціоналу у нову.
  
  

• Усунення технічного боргу, контроль пріоритетів і критичних задач.
  
  

• Співпраця з технічними лідами для закриття інтеграційних робіт.
  
  

3. Робота з технічними командами та підрядниками

• Взаємодія з СТО та розробниками з чітким контролем термінів.
  
  

• Координація аутсорс-команд та підрядників (дизайн, розробка, інтеграції).
  
  

• Функція «фільтра» між бізнесом і технарями: формування вимог, пріоритизація, контроль реалізації.
  
  

4. Підготовка технічних завдань (ТЗ)

• Самостійне написання повноцінних ТЗ:
   дизайн → UX → верстка → функціонал → технічні нюанси → критерії приймання.
  
  

• Перевірка відповідності ТЗ результату.
  
  

5. Оптимізація платіжних рішень та продажів

• Контроль за стабільністю платежніх рішень, оновленням API та методів оплати.
  
  

• Сприяння збільшенню конверсії та обсягів продажів (зменшення втрат від технічних збоїв).
  
  

• Моніторинг проблем, оперативне реагування.
  
  

6. Аналітика та звітність

• Ведення звітів щодо виконання задач, швидкості реагування та стану систем.
  
  

• Виявлення «вузьких місць» у процесах продажу.
  
  

• Пропозиція рішень для збільшення обороту та зменшення втрат.
  
  

Вимоги до кандидата:

• 3+ років досвіду як Project Manager у web/e-commerce або продукті.
  
  

• Досвід управління сайтами, web-проєктами, CMS, UX/UI, розуміння структури сайтів.
  
  

• Досвід роботи з CRM, інтеграціями, API, технічними командами.
  
  

• Вміння писати складні ТЗ (дизайн, логіка, функціонал, інтеграції).
  
  

• Сильні навички планування, пріоритизації, управління дедлайнами.
  
  

• Вміння координувати кілька команд одночасно (дизайн, розробка, QA, інтегратори).

N-iX is seeking a Senior Python Engineer to build production-grade application architecture for one of our clients' AI transformation initiatives. You will act as the technical anchor for developing robust, on-premise microservices that power an AI engineering platform and autonomous AI agents. Your role involves designing secure API gateways and orchestration layers that allow Large Language Models (LLMs) to interact safely with enterprise systems and sensitive engineering data within a structured delivery model.
 

Responsibilities:

• Architect the orchestration layer (Agent of Agents) to coordinate specialized AI workers, manage state, task routing, and error handling.
• Design routing and classification services that map user prompts to specific skills and playbooks, ensuring deterministic execution of critical engineering and operational workflows.
• Build scalable, containerized microservices to handle high-concurrency requests and ensure low-latency responses for real-time AI-assisted operations. 
• Construct a secure data access layer for connectivity to enterprise ERP systems, enforcing strict validation logic before any transaction is committed.
• Build secure and observable connection layers to central data platforms, ensuring all transactions are authenticated, authorized, and audited.
• Develop backend logic interfacing with Vector Databases and construct robust connectors for external data feeds, handling rate limiting, caching, and data normalization.
• Implement defense-grade security services, including RBAC and PII/ITAR redaction, and engineer systems for air-gapped or on-premise deployment.
• Implement comprehensive logging, tracing, and monitoring mechanisms adhering to enterprise best practices.
   

Requirements:

• At least 5+ years of experience in Python, specifically building distributed systems or platforms that serve ML/AI models in production.
• Expert proficiency in Python (FastAPI/Django) 
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes (k8s) for deploying scalable applications in on-premise environments.
• Strong background in designing RESTful APIs, gRPC services, and using API Gateways like Kong or NGINX.
• Proficiency with Relational Databases (PostgreSQL) and Vector Databases (Weaviate, Milvus).
• Ability to deliver Agile software within structured delivery and formal audit environments
• Experience building high-availability and auditable systems.
   

Nice to Have:

•  Familiarity with enterprise integration patterns and ERP protocols such as OData and SOAP.

Requirements

• 2-4 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience
• Strong proficiency with: Apex (classes, triggers, test methods), SOQL / SOSL, Lightning Web Components (LWC) and/or Visualforce
• Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and/or B2B Commerce, Revenue Cloud, or CPQ

About the Role

We're looking for an IT Sales Manager to support our sales efforts and help us connect with the right clients. What You'll Be Doing

• Run outreach campaigns across Email, Upwork, and LinkedIn
