About the Project

We fully manage and develop a custom CRM system designed to:

• Capture and process leads for the sales team
• Classify qualified leads as merchants
• Manage merchant onboarding (document preparation, bank account setup)
• Track and manage equipment statuses (leased or sold)
• Handle role-based access control
• Implement a sales bonus system
• Distribute payments between team members
• Integrate with banking systems (bi-directional integration)

This is a complex, real business system with ongoing development and scaling.
