Write 10–20 short-form video scripts (40–60 seconds) per day for a range of brands. Every morning we want ~10–20 fresh scripts ready to go — the ones that hook hard and convert. That's what matters to us; the rest we're relaxed about.

Our client is a Ukrainian website builder platform. We create tools for businesses that want to launch quickly: websites, quizzes, forms, analytics. Tens of thousands of clients worldwide use our platform.

We are expanding our team and looking for a strong Graphic Designer with 5+ years of experience who can handle diverse business needs — from creating template content to marketing and offline materials.

What You’ll Do

Your responsibilities will be divided into the following key areas:

1. Brand Architecture Development

• Identity Adaptation: Scale the brand identity across new products.
  Create visual solutions that highlight each product’s technological uniqueness while maintaining overall brand consistency.

2. Product Content (Template Library)

• Creation of Graphic Assets: Develop unique mockups, labels, certificates, logos, abstract dashboards, and illustrations to be used in our templates.
• Graphic Localization: Adapt visual materials for different markets (Germany, USA, Ukraine), taking into account cultural specifics and context.

3. Marketing & Offline Events

• 360° Marketing Design Support: Create YouTube thumbnails, website banners, social media creatives, ad campaign materials, and other marketing-related design tasks.
• Event Design: Develop exhibition booth visuals, printed materials, brochures, and merchandise. We actively participate in industry events, so experience working with print and physical materials is important.
• Internal Materials: Design presentations and visual assets for internal company use.

Our Expectations

• 5+ years of experience as a Graphic / Brand Designer (agency or product company).
• Tool proficiency: Expert-level knowledge of Adobe CC (Photoshop, Illustrator) and confident use of Figma.
• Independence in decision-making: You can work with abstract briefs and propose visual solutions without step-by-step instructions.
• AI expertise: Active use of Midjourney, Gemini, Claude, or other AI tools to accelerate workflow and ideation.
• English level B2+ (required for ongoing communication with colleagues in Germany).
• Understanding of print production processes: Knowledge of technical requirements for print materials (booths, merch, etc.).
• Strong aesthetic sense: Awareness of modern graphic design trends in Europe and the US.
