We are looking for Manual QA Engineer to join team to build a global live video streaming platform designed to connect people through real-time experiences. The platform enables users to request, create, and watch live streams from anywhere in the world, bringing audiences closer to creators, professionals, and authentic moments as they unfold.

It focuses on making live interaction more accessible, flexible, and meaningful. 

The project is built for scale and real-world impact, combining modern technology with a product-first mindset. 

Responsibilities

• Execute manual testing for websites, CRM systems, and mobile applications.
• Write, maintain, and execute detailed test cases based on requirements and user stories.
• Perform functional, usability, and regression testing.
• Report bugs and issues clearly and track them through resolution.
• Collaborate with developers, product managers, and designers to ensure quality at all stages of the project lifecycle.
• Document and report testing results effectively.

Required Qualifications

• English B2 for smooth technical communication.
• 2+ years in manual QA.
• Testing websites (pixel perfect), CRM systems, and iOS/Android applications.
• Experience with testing iOS/Android apps using real devices or emulators.
• Writing and executing test cases based on product requirements.
• Experience with bug reporting (Jira, Trello, or similar tools) and defect management.
• Ability to work with version control systems (e.g., Git).
• Regression testing and exploratory testing.
• Bug Tracking Tools: Jira, Trello, Asana, or similar.
• TestRail, Zephyr, or similar for Test Case Management.
• Basic knowledge of Giit.
• Browser Developer Tools for web testing (inspect element, network analysis).
• Basic knowledge of SQL for data validation.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Good communication skills to effectively report bugs, provide feedback, and participate in meetings.

Nice to Have

• Experience with automation tools is a plus but not required

Must-have:

• 6+ років досвіду роботи на позиції QA Engineer
• Досвід тестування вебзастосунків, REST API та інтеграцій між мікросервісами
• Глибоке розуміння життєвого циклу розробки ПЗ і QA процесів
• Досвід створення тест-планів, тест-стратегій, чеклістів і регресійних ранів
• Практичні навички роботи з Postman, DevTools, DBMS
• Базові знання SQL для валідації даних в БД
• Участь у релізному менеджменті — супровід регресій, релізних кандидатів, контроль якості збірок
• Знання Agile (Scrum, Kanban), участь у спринтах, плануваннях, демо та ретроспективах
• Уміння аналізувати вимоги, знаходити суперечності й формулювати уточнення до BA/PM
• Досвід роботи з логами та моніторингом (Graylog, Kibana, Grafana)
• Вміння працювати в команді та проактивний підхід до роботи..

• Участь у обговоренні функціональних та нефункціональних вимог з бізнес аналітиками та іншими учасниками процесу розробки продукту
• Участь в щоденних та планових дзвінках з командою.
• Аналіз технологічних характеристик проєкту та написання документації в Confluence.
• Розробка детальних, вичерпних та добре структурованих планів тестування та тестових сценаріїв (використовуємо Testomat.io).
• Виявляти, досліджувати, документувати помилки та повідомляти про дефекти у ПЗ (Jira).
• Проведення смоук та регресійного тестування перед релізами.
• Підготовка тестових сценаріїв для автоматизації мануальних процесів.
• Оцінка часу на виконання задач та фіксація затраченого часу в системі Jira.
•  Тестування вебзастосунків на відповідність функціональним та нефункціональним вимогам
• Аналіз специфікацій і оцінка повноти та коректності вимог до ПЗ
• Збір та уточнення відсутньої інформації у взаємодії з кількома командами
• Участь у вдосконаленні процесів забезпечення якості та впровадженні галузевих найкращих практик

• Develop, implement, and continuously refine QA strategies and testing processes (manual, compliance, performance, security)
• Lead and mentor the QA engineering team, driving performance, growth, and effective task allocation
• Oversee all phases of slot game testing, including test plan creation, test case design, execution, and risk management
• Champion compliance testing efforts to meet regulatory standards (e.g., MGA)
• Drive the API testing process for seamless game and platform integrations
• Collaborate effectively with Development, Product, Project Management, and Compliance teams to ensure top-tier product quality
• Participate actively in the hiring process for QA talent
• Prioritize testing activities aligned with business objectives and release schedules

• Minimum 4 years of experience in software Quality Assurance, with a significant focus on the iGaming industry and slot game testing
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a QA leadership or mentoring role
• Strong understanding of QA methodologies, processes (STLC), and testing types
• Proven ability to develop and execute effective QA strategies
• Hands-on experience with test management tools (e.g., TestRail, Zephyr) and bug tracking systems (e.g., Jira)
• Proficiency with API testing tools (e.g., Postman)
• Advanced use of Chrome DevTools and equivalent browser tools to reproduce complex issues, collect and analyze diagnostic artifacts (console, network, HAR), and perform accurate root cause analysis
• Solid SQL skills for database validation
• Experience analyzing logs and using browser developer tools
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with keen attention to detail
• English proficiency: Upper-Intermediate or higher

• Experience testing B2B products and platform integrations
• Experience with compliance testing across multiple jurisdictions
• Understanding of test automation principles and implementation strategies
• Hands-on experience developing automation tests (UI/API)
• Familiarity with performance/load testing tools (e.g., JMeter, k6)
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and tools
