    Responsibilities

    1. Technical Support & Troubleshooting

    β€’ Provide day-to-day support for all employees (macOS/Windows).

    β€’ Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.

    β€’ Install, configure, and maintain workstations, peripherals, and office equipment.

    β€’ Monitor device health and proactively address potential issues.

     

    2. IT Onboarding & Offboarding

    β€’ Prepare and configure devices for new hires.

    β€’ Set up accounts, access rights, and tools according to role requirements.

    β€’ Ensure secure data cleanup and access revocation during offboarding.

    β€’ Maintain onboarding documentation and checklists.

     

    3. Access & Identity Management

    β€’ Manage user accounts across Google Workspace, ClickUp, Slack, Git, VPN, and other internal services.

    β€’ Maintain correct role-based access control (RBAC).

    β€’ Track license usage and optimize costs.

     

    4. Systems & Infrastructure Support

    β€’ Support the CTO and engineering team with internal environments and test setups.

    β€’ Assist with integration of tools, monitoring systems, and automation scripts.

    β€’ Keep documentation updated (network diagrams, access lists, device inventory).

     

    5. Security & Compliance

    β€’ Implement and follow security best practices (MFA, password policies, device encryption).

    β€’ Perform regular access reviews and asset audits.

    β€’ Ensure backup and recovery procedures for critical data.

     

    6. Vendor & Equipment Management

    β€’ Manage hardware inventory and procurement.

    β€’ Coordinate with vendors (software subscriptions, equipment, hosting services).

    β€’ Track renewals, warranties, and support contracts.

     

    Requirements

    β€’ 2+ years of experience in IT Support / HelpDesk / System Administration.

    β€’ Strong troubleshooting skills: hardware, software, networks, VPN.

    β€’ Experience with Google Workspace, Slack, project management tools, and common SaaS platforms.

    β€’ Understanding of network basics (DNS, DHCP, NAT, firewalls).

    β€’ Experience managing access, licenses, RBAC.

    β€’ Ability to work independently and handle a wide range of requests.

    * handle all IT work [which includes FW, security, users VPN both from home and from office ] 

    * work with all teams in the global company but also for any other requests to facilitate connectivity, access, permissions to various applications.

    Skills & Experience:
