🎯 Your tasks:

• Search and attract IT companies (product / outsourcing / startups)
• Outbound via LinkedIn and email
• Access to decision makers (CEO, Founder, Head of HR, CTO)
• Organization of qualified intro calls
• Maintaining basic reporting on leads

💰 Compensation model:

✔ for the first 3 qualified calls for 100 EUR
✔ all subsequent calls for 200 EUR or the opportunity to move to us full-time and receive a rate.
✔ +15% of our commission for each successfully closed vacancy, which is somewhere between 500 and 2000 EUR.🔥
✔ You can realistically earn from 15,000 to 30,000 EUR from one client per year 🔥 depending on:
