We are looking for a motivated and energetic Recruiter / Lead Generator to join our dynamic HR team.

As an in-house recruiter, you will play a key role in sourcing and attracting cable technicians across the US market for our growing team of 300+ contractors.

Responsibilities

• Source and pre-screen candidates for open positions.

• Use different sourcing channels including Facebook, job boards, and professional platforms.

• Conduct online interviews to assess candidates’ qualifications and fit.

• Communicate with candidates, coordinate job offers, and assist with onboarding documentation.

• Maintain and update candidate information in the CRM system and prepare reports for the Recruitment Team Lead.

• Collaborate with the recruiting team to successfully close open positions.

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Manual QA Engineer who will help us maintain high product quality, dive deep into business logic, and collaborate effectively with developers, managers, and other team members

What You’ll Be Doing

— Perform manual testing of web/mobile products
— Analyze requirements, business logic, and product behavior
— Create and maintain test documentation: test cases, checklists, bug reports, and test plans
— Identify, document, and track bugs through to resolution
— Conduct regression, smoke, functional, and exploratory testing
— Validate integrations and API interactions
— Work with Swagger and Postman for API testing
— Participate in requirements discussions and gain a deep understanding of product business processes
— Collaborate closely with developers, PMs, designers, and other team members to improve product quality
— Contribute to improving QA processes and internal testing approaches

What We Expect

— 1.5+ of commercial experience as a Manual QA Engineer
— Strong understanding of QA fundamentals, SDLC/STLC

As a senior full stack developer, the role leads the development of backend services in Python and frontend interfaces in React according to UI/UX specifications, ensuring high reliability, strong engineering standards, and a seamless user experience. It also delivers high quality components across the stack, efficient CI/CD pipelines, resilient production deployments, and contributes to architectural decisions, continuous performance improvements, maintainability, usability, and clear technical documentation that strengthens overall platform robustness and team productivity.

Mandatory Skills Description:

• The person must work with minimum supervision, probably with at least 5 years of experience.
• Strong backend engineering in Python (API development, services, data workflows)
• Frontend development expertise in React (components, state management, UI integration)

• Solid experience in Linux command line
• Proven track record operating and supporting production systems
• Familiarity with AI augmented solutions, including RAG pipelines or multi agent architectures.
