The client would like a developer to implement the Academy Color Encoding System (ACES) 1.3 reference transforms in C++/Halide. This includes translation from CTL code, implementing key color science algorithms with real-time performance constraints, and ensuring strict fidelity to ACES specs.

Key Responsibilities
- Analyze ACES 1.3 reference (CTL) code and documentation
- Translate core transforms (e.g., RRT, ODT) into Halide
- Implement ACES color space conversions, tone mapping, and gamut mapping
