    We are looking for a System/Business Analyst to join a Telecom product team working on the development and support of internal products.

    We need an analyst who can manage tasks from scratch to production, work at the intersection of business and technical implementation, and isn’t afraid to dive into new technical topics.

     

    General Knowledge and Experience Requirements:
    - At least 3 years of experience on IT projects in a systems/business analyst role with a focus on backend development.
    - Proven experience in writing technical and project documentation, including BRD, SRS, API Specifications, and Admin Guides.
    - Experience formalizing functional requirements using techniques such as functional decomposition, use cases and scenarios, user stories, and state modeling.
    - Experience in UML notation for modeling functional requirements (behavioral diagrams: activity, sequence, state, use case; structural diagrams: component).
    - Understanding of and experience with data protocols, particularly REST over HTTP and SMPP, including API description (must).

     

    Responsibilities:
    - Lead new integrations from concept through implementation (supporting tasks aligned with the current product roadmap).
    - Develop technical documentation from scratch for new features and updates to existing ones.
    - Maintain and update current technical documentation for products and systems.
    - Support client systems in defining integration requirements for the product.
    - Build a knowledge base for the product's events library (product event model) at both system and company levels.
    - Future support for the Sales Team in gathering external client requirements for product customization (the product is currently internal, with plans for a global launch).
