We actively scale our B2B direction, we are looking for a Product Owner to help us evolve and scale our platform, drive the development of internal services and modules, and ensure their business value and technical consistency. As a Product Owner, you are responsible for translating product vision and business priorities into a clear, structured, and actionable backlog that the team can confidently deliver.

You act as the single point of entry for requirements into the team, ensuring focus, clarity, and alignment between business goals, product strategy, and technical execution. You work closely with the Product Manager, delivery teams, and stakeholders to maximize product value while maintaining sustainable delivery.

What you’ll be doing

• Own and maintain a prioritized, transparent, and outcome-oriented product backlog;
• Translate product vision and strategic goals into well-defined user stories with clear acceptance criteria, Definition of Ready (DoR), and Definition of Done (DoD);

Our hiring process is designed to identify strong builders who can think independently and turn ideas into working systems.

Step 1 - Soft Skills Interview

An initial conversation focused on your background, communication, ownership, mindset, and how you approach ambiguity and problem solving.

Step 2 - Technical Interview

A technical interview with our engineering advisor to review your technical experience, discuss systems you’ve built, and assess how you approach architecture, integrations, reliability, and AI implementation.

Step 3 - Founder Interview

A final conversation with the founder to discuss vision, priorities, expectations, and how you would contribute to building AI capabilities across the company.

We are looking for an experienced Media Buyer with hands-on experience in the iGaming vertical, capable of launching, optimizing, and scaling Facebook advertising campaigns.

Responsibilities

- Launch and manage Facebook Ads campaigns in the Gambling / iGaming vertical

- Test and develop new funnels, creatives, and traffic strategies

- Optimize campaigns to achieve the best possible ROI and performance

- Analyze campaign performance and scale profitable campaigns

Requirements

- At least 9 months of experience as a Media Buyer

- Minimum 9 months of experience running Facebook Ads in the Gambling / iGaming vertical

- Proven experience launching and scaling advertising campaigns

- Understanding of Facebook moderation and working with restricted / grey verticals

- Experience working with different GEOs (Tier 1 experience is a strong advantage)

- Recent hands-on experience — campaigns launched within the last month

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven PPC Specialist with a strong background in iGaming, Gambling, or Betting verticals. This role requires deep expertise in traffic acquisition, campaign optimization, and working with Tier 1 GEOs. You will be responsible for launching, analyzing, and scaling ad campaigns across multiple platforms while ensuring compliance with KPIs and traffic quality standards.

HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT

• Launch and optimize ad campaigns across platforms (Google Ads, Bing, Meta, TikTok, UAC, Push, Native, and more)
• Conduct A/B testing of creatives, landing pages, and audiences
• Work with trackers and analytical tools for performance monitoring
• Monitor and meet KPIs related to ROI, FTD, and traffic qualit
• Plan and allocate budgets across different GEOs
• Research and test new traffic sources and marketing hypotheses

WHAT WILL HELP YOU SUCCEED IN THE ROLE

• 3+ years of experience in PPC, including at least 1.5 years in iGaming/Gambling/Betting
• Hands-on experience with offshore casino brands (minimum 1 year)
• Proficiency with advertising platforms: Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, PropellerAds, etc.
• In-depth understanding of black hat techniques, cloaking, and moderation bypass strategies
• Strong analytical skills: ability to work with ROI, CPA, LTV, CTR, CR, Funnels
• English proficiency — Intermediate+ (ability to manage ad accounts, communicate with support teams, and handle offers)
• Experience working with large advertising budgets and making independent optimization and scaling decisions
