We’re currently looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer (Node.js / AWS / React Native) to lead critical parts of our backend and support mobile feature development. You’ll play a central role in building a high-performance, scalable platform used by thousands of users. What You’ll Do
- Architect, develop, and maintain scalable backend systems and APIs using Node.js and AWS serverless services (Lambda, Step Functions, DynamoDB).
- Support frontend feature development by collaborating with the React Native team and contributing to mobile logic when needed.
- Drive end-to-end feature development—from backend logic and data modeling to user-facing functionality—with attention to performance, reliability, and security.
- Work closely with product, design, and mobile teams to shape user experiences and define system architecture.
- Own and drive technical decisions, ensuring clean, maintainable code and scalable solutions.
- Establish best practices, conduct code reviews, and mentor junior developers across the stack.
What We’re Looking For
- 6+ years of experience in full stack or backend development, with strong command of JavaScript/TypeScript and Node.js.
- Hands-on experience with AWS serverless architecture (Lambda, API Gateway, Step Functions, Cognito, S3).
- Solid understanding of REST API design, backend performance optimization, and scalable infrastructure.
- Experience working with SQL and NoSQL databases (especially DynamoDB).
- Comfortable contributing to React Native (Expo) frontend when needed to support full stack development.
- Familiar with modern development practices, CI/CD pipelines, and version control (e.g., GitHub Actions).
- Comfortable in a fast-paced startup environment with a high degree of autonomy and ownership.
- Upper-intermediate or better English, both written and spoken.
Nice to Have
- Experience with TypeScript-first development across both frontend and backend.
