Responsibilities:

Automation and CI/CD:
- Design and implement a full cycle of deployment and CI/CD automation using GitLab and the GitOps (ArgoCD) methodology to accelerate and improve service delivery reliability.
- Deploy and maintain all cloud and on-premise infrastructure as code (IaC) using Terraform and Ansible.

Qualifications

• Experience in operations, automation, RevOps, BizOps, solutions, enablement, internal tools, consulting, or applied AI work

• Experience building workflows with tools such as Zapier, Make, n8n, Airtable, Notion, Retool, Clay, Glean, OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, or similar platforms
• Comfort working with APIs, webhooks, JSON, spreadsheets, databases, and SaaS integrations
• Ability to use lightweight Python or JavaScript when needed, but this role does not require a traditional software engineer background
