The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, managing, and troubleshooting network infrastructure to ensure optimal performance and security. This role requires a strong understanding of networking protocols, hardware, and security best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and maintain secure and scalable network infrastructure for the company and its clients.
• Monitor network performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure minimal downtime.
• Configure and manage firewalls, routers, switches, and other network devices.
• Implement security measures to protect network systems from cyber threats.
• Collaborate with IT teams to support enterprise-wide projects and infrastructure upgrades. Process network related parts of projects at a scheduled time.
• Perform network capacity planning and optimize performance.
• Maintain and update documentation for network maps/diagrams, configurations and processes.
• Provide technical support and training to internal teams as needed.
• Troubleshoot any network outages, based on 24/7 rotation schedule

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, VPN, firewalls, and network security.
• Experience with CheckPoint, FortiGate, or other networking hardware.
• Familiarity with network monitoring and diagnostic tools (Zabbix, LogicMonitor, Prometeus, etc…) .
• Knowledge of cloud networking solutions (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) is a plus.
• Industry certifications such as FCP, CCNP, or equivalent are preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to communicate effectively with clients in English.
• 24/7 availability for any network outages, according to on-call rotation schedule
