We are looking for a reliable Web Server Administrator to manage our server infrastructure and ensure the smooth operation of multiple high-traffic WordPress websites. This role focuses on utilizing cPanel/WHM to host, configure, and maintain a diverse portfolio of sites. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Role Overview:  We are currently seeking a motivated and proactive Business Development Representative (BDR) to manage our client portfolio, expand service opportunities, and drive the company’s sales growth. This full-time role is a vital part of our team, offering the opportunity to strengthen relationships with current clients, identify new opportunities within the portfolio, support revenue-generating activities, and contribute to the company’s overall growth.

Responsibilities:

• Drive sales within the existing client base, identifying opportunities to expand services and deepen client relationships
• Serve as the main point of contact for existing clients, ensuring timely responses and long-term partnership growth
• Prepare and send follow-up emails, proposals, and client agreements promptly, streamlining the sales process
• Launch, track, and optimize internal campaigns (email, LinkedIn, etc.) to engage clients and generate additional opportunities
• Monitor client accounts and industry trends to anticipate client needs and suggest tailored solutions
• Keep accurate and up-to-date records in sales platforms (Close.io, Dripify, Apollo, Pitchbook, Woodpecker), ensuring visibility and accountability across client interactions

• Work with team members to align on client strategies, share insights, and contribute to overall business growth

   

You Bring:
 

• Previous experience as a BDR/SDR or in a client-facing sales role
• A university degree from a recognized institution (preferably business, finance, or related field)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English (B2 - Upper Intermediate or higher)
• A team-player mindset, with the ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks
• High motivation, resilience, and a strong desire to succeed
• Quick learning ability and a willingness to master complex concepts and terminology

Requirements:

• University degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience working as a Full Stack or Backend Engineer.
• Strong experience with .NET or similar frameworks/libraries.
• Solid experience with relational databases such as SQL Server or similar.
• DevOps experience is a plus (CI, CD, logging, monitoring, etc.).
• Familiarity with cloud networking, primarily AWS.
• Experience developing APIs (REST, GraphQL, etc.) and working with design patterns such as MVC or microservices.
• Comfortable participating in discussions about technologies and system architecture topics.
• English - Upper-Intermediate+ or higher.

SOFTPROM is an international Value Added IT Distributor with over 25 years of experience, expanding its IT/OT Security business and looking for a Business Development Manager to drive growth across multiple regions.

Region: Ukraine, CIS countries, Baltics, Central & Eastern Europe
Work format: Fully remote
Contract: With the parent company (Austria)

Responsibilities

• Drive business development and sales of IT/OT Security solutions, including pre-sales activities
• Achieve sales targets and non-financial KPIs (presentations, POC /pilot projects)
• Work with Enterprise customers and channel partners
• Manage deals with a long and complex sales cycle
• Collaborate with vendors and plan joint business activities

• Build and manage sales pipeline, forecasting and reporting in CRM

   

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience as Business Development Manager / Sales Manager
• Proven hands-on experience in selling IT Security solutions
• Understanding of core IT Security solution classes
• Experience working with CRM systems
• Strong skills in complex B2B negotiations
