About the Role:
 

We're a fast-growing DTC supplement brand doing six figures daily in paid media and scaling aggressively. We are on the way to 8 figures monthly revenue by Q3 in 2026. We need a Head of Operations to own the entire backend of the business — every department, every system, every process. You report directly to the CEO and your job is to make sure the business runs smoothly so leadership can focus on growth.

This is not an assistant role. You are running the operational side of the company. If something is broken, you fix it. If someone isn't performing, you handle it. If a system doesn't exist, you build it.

What You'll Own:

Team & Department Management

— Oversee all operational departments — customer service, supply chain, logistics, HR, and any support functions

— Hold department heads and team leads accountable to clear KPIs and performance standards

— Identify underperformers and make the call — whether that's coaching, restructuring, or replacing

— Work with our recruiter to hire, onboard, and integrate new team members properly

Systems & Processes

— Audit existing systems and workflows and fix what isn't working

— Build SOPs for every department so the business doesn't depend on any one person

— Make sure information flows correctly between departments — nothing falls through the

cracks

— Implement the right tools and software to keep operations tight as we scale

Supply Chain & Logistics

— Oversee our supply chain and fulfillment operation — inventory levels, supplier relationships, 3PL coordination

— Make sure we never have a stock or fulfillment issue during a campaign push

— Build forecasting systems around inventory based on ad spend and growth projections

Customer Service

— Restructure and manage the CS operation — retention pod, refunds pod, general support

— Own CS metrics: response time, refund rate, cancellation rate, and customer satisfaction

— Make sure CS is actively saving subscriptions, not just answering tickets

Reporting to CEO

— Give the CEO a clear, honest picture of what's happening across the business at all times

— Flag problems early — don't wait until something is on fire

— Bring solutions, not just updates

Qualifications

— +1 year in an operations leadership role, ideally at a DTC or e-commerce brand

— Experience managing multiple departments and cross-functional teams

— Familiarity with supply chain, fulfillment, and customer service operations

— Strong with tools, systems, and building SOPs from scratch

Compensation:
 

— Base Salary: $15,000/month. We don't negotiate down — we pay well because we expect a lot and we want the best

— Milestone Bonuses: We also pay bonuses per project or milestone achievement — for example, a full SOP system built out, Trustpilot rating improved by a specific target, or a major operational goal hit - These milestones bonuses if hit, can easily hit 6 figures in monthly payout within the first 3-6 months.

About the Role:

As Full Stack Team Lead, you will own the design, implementation and maintenance of our core real-time ad-serving infrastructure. You will rally a globally distributed team of four engineers behind a shared vision, drive technical direction and ensure high performance, availability and security. This role demands a hands-on leader who spends roughly half their time coding, reviewing designs and guiding end-to-end project delivery, and half their time on team management, sprint planning and stakeholder collaboration.

You will work closely with Executive, Product, Data and Design teams to define optimal solutions, integrate third-party APIs, and shape the roadmap for scalable growth. Your contributions will directly affect system reliability, client satisfaction and the company’s ability to scale into new markets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, implement and operate large-scale, highly available, real-time (low-latency) services using Node.js, TypeScript, React, Redis and Kubernetes on AWS.
• Lead and mentor a team of four distributed engineers; conduct code reviews, design reviews and knowledge-sharing sessions.
• Collaborate with executives, product managers, data scientists and designers to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Design, develop and integrate RESTful APIs and third-party services.
• Plan, groom and manage agile sprint cycles; track progress and adjust priorities to meet delivery goals.
• Define and enforce security best practices and data protection policies across services.

Required Competence and Skills:

• 6+ years of professional experience in backend (Node.js preferred) and frontend development (React, Vue or Angular).
• 2+ years in a people-management or team-lead role, with direct experience conducting one-on-ones and performance reviews.
• Proficiency with SQL and NoSQL databases in production environments.
• Experience deploying and operating services on a major cloud platform (AWS, Google Cloud or Azure).

Key Responsibilities

• Support existing carriers by identifying, analyzing, and troubleshooting technical issues, and providing effective solutions with a strong technical understanding of the problem
• Respond to support inquiries via chat and email in a timely and professional manner
• Document all service requests, investigations, and resolutions clearly and accurately
• Create and maintain clear tasks in Jira with detailed technical descriptions
• Contribute to the Confluence Knowledge Base by documenting processes and solutions in a simple and understandable way
• Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues
• Share product feedback and insights with relevant stakeholders to help improve product quality and customer experience

• Ability to work night shifts (6 possible schedules: 15:00 – 00.00; 16:00 – 01.00; 17:00 – 02.00; 18:00 – 03.00; 19:00 – 04.00; 21:00 – 06.00 Kyiv time) 

• Confident PC user with solid knowledge of Microsoft Windows 

• Technical background or strong interest in exploring software and hardware products
