Step by step for this position:

1. Screening interview with Recruiter (up to 1 hour): To discuss the position, check basic competencies, and culture fit.
2. Technical interview with CTO and Full Stack Technical Lead( up to 2 hours): Detailed сase approach to identify experience, technical skills, and core competencies.
3. Full Day (up to 5 hours): Have an opportunity to work with a Full Stack Technical Lead, solve tech problems, and write code.
4. Referral: Recommendations from the previous workplace.
5. Offer call (30 min): Discussion of a Job Offer Proposal.
