Job responsibilities

• Implement data pipelines using AWS services such as AWS Glue, Lambda, Kinesis, etc
• Implement integrations between the data platform and systems such as Atlan, Trino/Starburst, etc
• Complete logging and monitoring tasks through AWS and Splunk toolsets
• Develop and maintain ETL processes to ingest, clean, transform and store healthcare data from various sources
• Optimize data storage solutions using Amazon S3, AWS RDS, Lake Formation and other AWS technologies.
• Document, configure, and maintain systems specifications that conform to defined architecture standards, address business requirements, and processes in the cloud development & engineering.
• Participate in planning of system and development deployment as well as responsible for meeting compliance and security standards.
• Actively identify system functionality or performance deficiencies, execute changes to existing systems, and test functionality of the system to correct deficiencies and maintain more effective data handling, data integrity, conversion, input/output requirements, and storage.
• Document testing and maintenance of system updates, modifications, and configurations.

We are seeking experienced Full-stack Developers to join a full-time, long-term project.

About the project: The client is working on developing a product for the maritime industry that will analyze and help plan energy-saving measures to reduce fuel use and greenhouse gas emissions and, accordingly, reduce the taxes that owners currently pay for their environmental footprint.

We are seeking a Senior Svelte Front-end Developer with experience in Golang (so that they are full-stack). It is essential that the person is highly product-driven, self-motivated, speaks excellent English, and enjoys using coding AI tools like Claude Code.

Our stack:

• Frontend: SvelteKit, turbo monorepo, Vercel
• Backend: Golang monorepo
• AI: Claude Code (mandatory), other agentic coding tools

What you'll actually do:

• Own features end-to-end: from specs to deployment to fixing bugs
• Use Claude Code to generate SvelteKit frontend and Golang backend code
• Review AI output for quality and architectural fit
• Fix bugs to learn our codebase, then rapidly build new features
• Make quick decisions on what to build vs buy vs generate with AI
• Talk to customers when they report issues and ship fixes the same day

You must have:

• Ownership mentality with a strive for elegantly simple, high-quality solutions
• Strive for max quality - you test your own work thoroughly since we have no QA team, everything you ship MUST work
• Product mindset - you care about WHY we're building something
• Proven experience using Claude Code or similar agentic AI (Cursor, Windsurf)
