What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of hands-on paid media experience
• Deep expertise in Google Ads
• Strong working knowledge of HubSpot, Google Tag Manager, and GA4
• Experience managing B2B SaaS or lead generation accounts
• Proven experience owning client communication and presenting results to executives
• Fluent, confident English communication skills
• Strong analytical thinking and comfort working with performance data daily
• High ownership mindset — proactive, solution-oriented, and independent
   

Nice to Have

• Background at venture-backed startups or high-performance agencies
• Experience working with the U.S.-based client
• LinkedIn Ads experience or other B2B acquisition channels

• Small, senior team focused on execution and results
• Direct client communication (no account manager layer)
• Daily async communication via Slack
• High autonomy — performance matters more than hours online
• Required overlap: minimum 6 hours with 9am–6pm ET
