Your Role:

• Create AI-generated content (images, videos, animations, and audio) using tools such as Veo, Sora, Runway, MidJourney, ElevenLabs, and others.
• Test new AI tools, improving production speed and stability and quality.
• Build and maintain a library of proven prompt templates.
• Track emerging trends in generative AI and performance marketing creatives, spotting ideas with strong viral or performance potential.
• Collaborate closely with Creative Marketers, Designers, and User Acquisition Managers to generate compelling, eye-catching ideas and concepts.
• Integrate the best AI tools, prompts, and approaches into the team’s daily workflow.
• Edit videos and assemble ad creatives for Meta, Google, and TikTok.
• Continuously iterate on creatives based on performance data and feedback.

About you:

• 1+ year of hands-on experience using AI tools for content creation (Veo, Sora, Runway, MidJourney, ElevenLabs, etc.).
• Strong understanding of prompt engineering: writing, testing, and refining prompts to achieve high-quality results.
• Curiosity and enthusiasm for new AI technologies, tools, and creative experimentation.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to evaluate visual quality (lighting, composition, text, background, overall visuals).
• Creative mindset with a clear understanding of how content drives engagement and conversions.
• Editing skills in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, CapCut, VN.
• English level: intermediate or higher.
