What will you do?

— Provide on-call support for production incidents, including emergency fixes.
— Investigate and resolve critical issues affecting system stability.
— Perform incident triage, root cause analysis, and mitigation actions.
— Troubleshoot problems across frontend, backend, database, infrastructure, and integrations.
— Support deployments and infrastructure troubleshooting.
— Collaborate with engineering teams to resolve complex incidents.
— Document incidents and solutions to improve system reliability.

Engagement Model:

— Weekdays 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM EET (12:00 PM – 12:00 AM ET).

— Full weekend and holiday coverage for critical incidents

— Monthly retainer for availability.

— Hourly compensation for actual incident work.

— Long-term engagement (6+ months expected).
