    Key Responsibilities

    What You Bring

    • 3+ years of affiliate management in iGaming (crypto casino experience required).
    • Proven track record of growing affiliate programs and increasing FTDs.
    • Knowledge of affiliate tracking platforms (e.g., Income Access, NetRefer, MyAffiliates, PartnerMatrix).
    • Understanding of crypto payment methods and blockchain technology basics.
    • Experience with Curaçao or other iGaming licensing frameworks.
    • Skilled in campaign optimization, A/B testing, and performance analytics.
    • Strong negotiation and partnership-building abilities.
