We're a white-label ad agency looking for a freelance email marketer to step in on an active client project on a per-project basis. You'll own email and SMS end-to-end — strategy, design, build, and reporting — delivered under the AdTribe brand. Most of our projects run on Klaviyo, so that's where you'll work most of the time, but the platform varies by client, so you should be comfortable working in whatever tool a project uses.

Core responsibilities

• Set up and run the client's email platform — most often Klaviyo, sometimes others (Omnisend, Mailchimp, etc.) — building out the foundational structure (configuration, integrations, segments) and core flows (welcome, abandoned cart, browse abandonment, post-purchase, winback)
• Design and build emails yourself — from concept to responsive, on-brand, mobile-first layout

Basic requirements

About the Project

We are launching an international digital transformation project focused on the modernization and migration of a national geospatial data platform. The platform serves as a central repository for geospatial information, open data, maps, and climate resilience-related datasets used by government institutions, international organizations, and the public.
