What drives success for this role:

• Proven experience in copywriting and marketing, preferably in the Health & Fitness industry;
• Strong understanding of the advertising market, consumer behavior, and current trends;
• Experience with advertising platforms such as Meta (Facebook, Instagram), TikTok, Pinterest, etc.;
• Confidence in working with data and key ad metrics to guide creative decisions;
• Ability to use AI-driven tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Sora, Midjourney, etc.) for ideation;
• Creativity and the ability to generate and implement new ideas
• Strong creative thinking skills with a strategic mindset and the ability to translate insights into original ideas;
• Ability to evaluate the results of creative tests, draw insights, and refine creative approaches accordingly;
• Excellent collaboration skills and attention to detail in execution.

As we expand, we’re looking for a Graphic & UI/UX Designer to join our central design team at Spalah.
You’ll work across several portfolio projects — from AdTech platforms to mobile apps.

Your work will include creating visuals for digital and marketing needs, as well as supporting UI/UX design for web and product interfaces.
This role is a great fit if you enjoy working on different products and brands and want to grow your skills in product design in a fast-moving startup environment.
 

What you will be doing:

• create high-quality visual assets for digital and marketing needs across different brands and styles;
• support UI design for web and mobile products;
• create wireframes, mockups, and polished ui screens in figma;
• help improve user flows and overall user experience together with the product/design lead;
• design presentations, infographics, and other visual materials when needed;
• collaborate with the design lead, product team, and content/marketing team on both graphic design and product-related tasks.
   

Your background:

• 2+ years of experience as a Graphic Designer;
• strong graphic design portfolio with clean, modern, and versatile visual work;
• some hands-on experience with UI design, or a clear interest in growing into UI/UX and product design;
• confident skills in Figma, Adobe Photoshop, and Illustrator;
• understanding of basic UI/UX principles, layout, hierarchy, and user-centered thinking;
• ability to work with brand guidelines and adapt visuals for digital products.
