Junior Embedded Software Engineer в інтеграційній команді працюватиме на стику embedded firmware, hardware, камерних інтерфейсів та системної інтеграції.

Основний фокус ролі - допомога в підключенні, тестуванні та налагодженні тепловізійних і денних камер у складі різних платформ: дронів, літаків, гімблів, перехоплювачів, тестових стендів та інших систем.

Це позиція для інженера, який вже має базову embedded-підготовку, вміє працювати з одноплатними комп’ютерами, Linux, C / C++ або Python, камерними інтерфейсами та технічною документацією, але хоче швидко розвиватися в реальних апаратно-програмних продуктах.

• Підключення та налаштування тепловізійних і денних камер до одноплатних комп’ютерів.

• Налаштування відеопристроїв, драйверів та периферії для роботи з камерами.

• Робота з інтерфейсами UART, USB, CVBS, UVC, MIPI на рівні підключення, перевірки, логування та базового дебагу.

• Допомога в розробці, адаптації та тестуванні embedded-прошивок для інтеграційних задач.

• Тестування стабільності відеопотоку, FPS, затримки, режимів роботи камери та взаємодії з іншими компонентами системи.

• Збір логів, аналіз базових помилок, опис дефектів і фіксація результатів тестування.

• Робота з кабельними рішеннями, роз’ємами, живленням та базовою пайкою для інтеграційних задач.

• Підготовка та актуалізація технічної документації: інструкцій підключення, тестових процедур, описів сетапів і результатів перевірок.

Досвід та навички, які ми шукаємо:

• Базовий практичний досвід роботи з одноплатними комп’ютерами.
• Базовий досвід роботи з Linux на рівні користувача / інженера: термінал, логи, пристрої, драйвери, налаштування середовища.
• Розуміння інтерфейсів UART, USB, CVBS, UVC, MIPI на рівні підключення, перевірки та базового debugging або готовність швидко їх опанувати.
• Базовий досвід програмування на C / C++ або Python для задач інтеграції firmware з апаратною частиною.
• Вміння читати даташити, схеми підключення, електричні схеми та технічну документацію.
• Англійська мова на рівні, достатньому для читання технічної документації.

• Досвід роботи з камерами, відеоінтерфейсами або imaging-системами.

• Досвід роботи з RTOS, FreeRTOS, Zephyr або bare-metal firmware.

• Знання Python або Bash для написання тестових скриптів і автоматизації.

As a People Partner, you will act as a strategic advisor to leaders and a trusted partner to employees. You will play a key role in shaping people practices that support business goals, team effectiveness, and sustainable growth. This role combines strategic HR partnership with hands-on execution, ensuring a healthy, engaged, and high-performing organization.

Your Day-to-Day Mission

• Partner with managers and leadership teams to support business objectives through effective people strategies
• Work closely with team leads on leadership challenges, team development, and performance topics
• Advise leaders on organizational design, role clarity, and workforce planning during growth and change
• Own and support the full employee lifecycle: onboarding, development, performance management, and offboarding

We are looking for an experienced Network Engineer to join our DefTech team, support continued company growth and increasing infrastructure complexity. 

Responsibilities:  

- Design, implement, maintain, and optimize wired and wireless network infrastructure across corporate and remote locations. 

- Configure, manage, and troubleshoot network routing, switching, and security services. 

- Administer and support core network services, including DNS, DHCP, SMTP, SSH, FTP, and related IP-based services. 

- Configure and maintain TCP/IP, VPN (IPsec and SSL), NAT, VLANs, STP and network segmentation technologies. 

- Deploy, manage, and support network equipment, including Fortinet, Ubiquiti, and MikroTik solutions. 

- Configure, maintain, and optimize firewalls, IDS/IPS, and application control technologies. 

- Manage network resources and connectivity within AWS and Azure cloud environments. 

- Monitor network performance, availability, and security using tools such as Zabbix, Grafana, and other monitoring platforms. 

- Perform network traffic analysis, capacity planning, and proactive performance tuning. 

- Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve network incidents, outages, and security-related events. 

- Create and maintain network documentation, diagrams, standards, and operational procedures. 

- Collaborate with Infrastructure, Security, and Cloud teams to support business initiatives and technology projects.

Requirements:  

- 3+ years of experience in Network Administration, Network Engineering, or a related role. 

- Strong understanding of network architecture, routing, switching, and network security principles. 

- Hands-on experience with enterprise networking equipment, including Fortinet, Ubiquiti, and MikroTik. 

- Solid knowledge of TCP/IP networking and related protocols. 

- Experience configuring and managing VPN (IPsec and SSL), NAT, VLANs, and network segmentation. 

- Strong knowledge of network services, including DNS, DHCP, SMTP, SSH, FTP, and related technologies. 

- Experience managing firewalls, IDS/IPS, and application control solutions. 

- Experience with cloud networking in AWS and/or Microsoft Azure. 

- Familiarity with network monitoring and observability tools such as Zabbix, Grafana or similar platforms. 

- Experience troubleshooting complex network performance, connectivity, and security issues. 

- Knowledge of Linux and Windows Server and MacOs environments.

Основні задачі
Продуктова стратегія: Формування та захист стратегії розвитку продуктового портфоліо перед стейкхолдерами; визначення пріоритетів і плану розвитку по кожному треку.
Roadmap-менеджмент: Управління високорівневим продуктовим roadmap по всіх продуктах — від модулів автономності до систем керування флотом; синхронізація між командами.

GTM-співпраця: Участь у формуванні стратегій виходу на ринок спільно з відділами продажів і маркетингу; комунікація статусу продуктів усередині команди та з партнерами.

Досвід та навички, які ми шукаємо:

• 2+ роки досвіду у ролі Head of Product або аналогічній (розглядаємо кандидатів з меншим стажем у ролі, якщо це технологічно складні або AI-based продукти)
• Підтверджений досвід запуску продуктів — не просто розвиток, а саме shipping від PoC до production
• Досвід паралельного управління кількома продуктами в умовах невизначеності
• Вміння будувати продуктову стратегію та відстоювати її перед стейкхолдерами
• Системне мислення, здатність працювати в умовах багатьох контекстів і неповної інформації

What we’re looking for:

We are looking for an experienced Cybersecurity Engineer to join our team. This is primarily an infrastructure-focused engineering role with a strong specialization in security. You will build, harden, and operate the technical foundation that keeps our environment secure across endpoints, servers, network, and cloud.

What you’ll do:

• Maintain hardening and configuration baselines for endpoints and servers (encryption, security policies, benchmarks).
• Deploy and manage endpoint and server protection across the fleet, including security policy enforcement and compliance configuration.
• Administer network security controls (firewalls, VPN, network segmentation, access controls) and monitor traffic for suspicious activity.
• Review infrastructure projects and architecture from a security perspective to ensure secure-by-default configurations.
• Run regular vulnerability scans across endpoints, servers, and cloud, with risk-based prioritization and remediation tracking.
• Enforce identity and access best practices and run periodic access reviews.
• Monitor and analyze security events and logs to detect anomalies and potential threats.
• Detect, investigate, contain, and remediate security incidents, including documenting timelines, root causes, and lessons learned.
• Monitor cloud and SaaS security posture, remediate misconfigurations, and review third-party integrations and access scopes.

What we need:

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in IT infrastructure or cybersecurity engineering with a clear security specialization.
• Hands-on experience administering and hardening Linux, Windows, and macOS systems.
• Experience with endpoint protection and device management platforms.
• Solid understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN) and practical experience with firewalls and network security controls.
• Hands-on experience with identity and access management/SSO platforms with a security-first approach.
• Experience with vulnerability management tools and security monitoring and incident-response workflows.
• Understanding of common attack types and detection/prevention methods.
• Practical familiarity with recognized security frameworks and standards.
