We are looking for a FPV drone tester with experience with FPV quadcopters piloting and maintenance. You will verify correctness of autonomous drone control and integrate guidance computer into client’s drones.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Testing our autonomous solutions on testfield with manual control takeover in case of failure

We are looking for a Head of Electronics Department - a leader responsible for the organization and outcome of the company's electronic product development process: from the requirements of the technical specifications to a finished, stable product suitable for serial production and operation in combat conditions.

About the Role

You'll own the full radar processing stack — from raw acquisition through detection and tracking. You report to the radar system architect: you own the software implementation of the waveform and detection strategy, and you feed back what's viable on compute, memory, and timeline. You’ll bridge the gap between theoretical DSP and high-performance, real-world deployment at Valkyrie Dynamics.

• Own the radar waveform and detection strategy

  • Range-Doppler processing detection budgets (SNR, integration, CFAR)
  • Angle estimation to detect small, low-RCS UAV targets at high closing velocity

Шукаємо Project Manager, який відповідатиме за планування, координацію та execution складних технічних проєктів у розробці наших продуктів і систем.

Наші проєкти поєднують hardware, electronics, embedded, software, communications та інші інженерні напрями. Ваша задача — синхронізувати команди, управляти строками, залежностями та ризиками й забезпечувати рух проєкту від постановки задачі до інтегрованого, протестованого та готового до наступного етапу результату.

Це роль для людини, яка вміє перетворювати складну розробку з великою кількістю залежностей на структурований і керований процес.

Основні обов’язки

• Формувати та вести план проєкту: етапи, milestones, строки, dependencies та ключові результати.
• Декомпозувати проєкт на workstreams спільно з технічними командами.
• Координувати роботу Mechanical, Electronics, Embedded/Firmware, Software, RF/Communications, V&V та інших залучених команд.
• Синхронізувати розробку hardware та software компонентів і контролювати критичні залежності між ними.
• Контролювати виконання задач, milestones та critical path.
• Виявляти blockers і ризики, організовувати їх вирішення та своєчасно ескалювати критичні питання.
• Організовувати project reviews та регулярні робочі синхронізації, контролювати виконання прийнятих рішень.
• Координувати прототипування, інтеграцію компонентів та випробування.
• Координувати взаємодію Engineering з Product, Operations, Quality та іншими функціями.
• Планувати потребу в ресурсах спільно з керівниками функціональних команд.
• Забезпечувати актуальний статус проєкту для Program Manager та ключових стейкхолдерів.
• Контролювати готовність до ключових етапів: prototype, integration, testing, design freeze, production readiness.
• Вести ключову проєктну інформацію: план, рішення, ризики, залежності та зміни.

Що для нас важливо

• 3+ роки досвіду в Project Management у технічних або інженерних проєктах.
• Досвід роботи з hardware, electronics, embedded, robotics, UAV, telecommunications, aerospace або іншими складними технологічними продуктами.
• Розуміння життєвого циклу розробки фізичного продукту: requirements → design → prototype → integration → testing → design freeze → production readiness.
• Досвід координації кількох інженерних напрямів одночасно.
• Розуміння взаємозалежностей між hardware, firmware та software.
• Сильні навички планування, управління строками та пріоритетами.
• Вміння працювати з critical path, dependencies, risks та blockers.
• Здатність працювати в умовах невизначеності та змін requirements.
• Вміння структурувати великий обсяг інформації та перетворювати його на конкретний план дій.
• Сильні комунікаційні навички та досвід координації команд без прямого адміністративного підпорядкування.
• Високий рівень ownership та відповідальності за результат.

Шукаємо Manual QA Engineer, який закриє зону відповідальності тестування та візьме на себе побудову й розвиток тестової документації для SW продукту БПЛА. Роль передбачає тісну взаємодію з командами розробки та повне покриття функціоналу через End-to-End тестування.

Вимоги

— Технічна освіта
— Здатність швидко навчатись
— Досвід роботи у сфері тестування програмного забезпечення
— Навички створення тестової документації
— Розуміння побудови та досвід тестування вбудованих систем на базі ОС реального часу та ОС загального призначення
— Досвід роботи та тестування ПЗ на базі ОС Linux
— Досвід роботи з системами трекінгу дефектів
— Вміння самостійно досліджувати причини дефектів у програмних та апаратних компонентах вбудованих систем

Буде плюсом

— У тебе є досвід тестування UI/UX
— Цікавишся тематикою БПЛА або маєш досвід збірки/керування БПЛА
— Розумієшся на інформаційній безпеці та методах захисту вбудованих систем від неавторизованого використання
— Мав досвід роботи з безпровідними мережевими протоколами та стандартами
— Маєш навички у сфері схемотехніки та трасування друкованих плат
— Вмієш дефектувати вбудовані системи, вмієш паяти
— Маєш досвід у відео/аудіострімінгу, кодеках, методах оцінки якості відеопотоку.

Обов’язки

— Аналіз вимог до продукту. Аналіз користувацьких сценаріїв.
— Створення тестової документації (тест плани, матриці покриття, звіти з тестування та ін.).
— Створення та структурування тестових сценаріїв.
— Участь у регресійному тестуванні — функціональне та нефункціональне тестування програмного забезпечення багатокомпонентних обчислювальних систем, систем безпроводного обміну даними.
— Тестування функціоналу та виправлення дефектів.
— Безпосередня участь в процесі розробки продукту (апаратних та програмних компонентів).

R&D компанія шукає C++ Video Engineer.
 

Компанія спеціалізується на розробці та виробництві безпілотних літальних апаратів і ПЗ. Флагманські продукти: розвідувальний комплекс «Лелека» (використовують майже 90% військових з’єднань, дальність до 340 км) та middle-strike дрон «Булава» (бойовий радіус до 80 км).

Фахівець працюватиме з обробкою та передачею відео, класичним Computer Vision (геометричні трансформації, стабілізація, трекінг), а також інтеграцією і налагодженням камер та інших сенсорів. Серед задач — імплементація й дебаг сторонніх апаратних протоколів, робота з готовими відеокодеками та бібліотеками.

Формат роботи — офіс. Надають бронювання з перших днів роботи.
 

Необхідний досвід:
• досвід розробки на C++;
• досвід роботи з GStreamer;
• досвід роботи з кодеками та камерами;
• досвід виправлення аберацій і дефектів камери.
