Responsibilities

Model Fine-Tuning and Deployment:

Fine-tune pre-trained models (e.g., BERT, GPT) for specific tasks and deploy them using Amazon SageMaker and Bedrock.

RAG Workflows:

Establish Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) workflows that leverage knowledge bases built on Kendra or OpenSearch. This includes integrating various data sources, such as corporate documents, inspection checklists, and real-time external data feeds.

MLOps Integration:

The project includes a comprehensive MLOps framework to manage the end-to-end lifecycle of machine learning models. This includes continuous integration and delivery (CI/CD) pipelines for model training, versioning, deployment, and monitoring. Automated workflows ensure that models are kept up-to-date with the latest data and are optimized for performance in production environments.

Scalable and Customizable Solutions:

Ensure that both the template and ingestion pipelines are scalable, allowing for adjustments to meet specific customer needs and environments. This involves setting up RAG workflows, knowledge bases using Kendra/OpenSearch, and seamless integration with customer data sources.

End-to-End Workflow Automation:

Automate the end-to-end process from user input to response generation, ensuring that the solution leverages AWS services like Bedrock Agents, CloudWatch, and QuickSight for real-time monitoring and analytics.

Advanced Monitoring and Analytics:

Integrated with AWS CloudWatch, QuickSight, and other monitoring tools, the accelerator provides real-time insights into performance metrics, user interactions, and system health. This allows for continuous optimization of service delivery and rapid identification of any issues.

Model Monitoring and Maintenance:

Implement model monitoring to track performance metrics and trigger retraining as necessary.

Collaboration:

Work closely with data engineers and DevOps engineers to ensure seamless integration of models into the production pipeline.

Documentation:

Document model development processes, deployment procedures, and monitoring setups for knowledge sharing and future reference.

We are looking for a specialist who will be responsible for the development and maintenance of a complex AI-powered search system built on top of a large interactive knowledge base. The system includes tool calling and agentic behavior that interact with internal tools and multiple types of storage: vector databases for semantic search, document-oriented databases for full-text search, as well as relational and graph databases for lookup by specific identifiers. The search interface is built as an LLM-powered chat that supports natural language queries and returns well-grounded conclusions, recommendations, and links to primary sources.

The candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing the full LLM-powered search pipeline, including orchestration, reasoning, reranking, tool calling, handling tool outputs, validating results, and generating final user-facing responses.

We expect the candidate to:

• Have hands-on commercial experience working with vLLM in self-hosted environments, including model optimization on H100/H200 GPUs, with a solid understanding of GPU architecture principles and cache behavior under production workloads.
• Have a deep understanding of the RAG concept and a proven track record of successfully deploying similar solutions in production.
• Have worked with Haystack, LlamaIndex, LangChain, or similar frameworks, and understand the core differences between them.
• Have experience using MCP and working with LLMs that call external tools and services.

Search is implemented through an LLM-based chat interface that allows users to submit queries in natural language, retrieve relevant documents, and receive summarized findings and recommendations based on the uploaded materials.

We are currently looking for an ML/AI Engineer with deep experience working with unstructured content - primarily photographs and scanned document copies - who will strengthen our team and lead the development of pipelines and solutions for processing this type of data.

We expect the candidate to:

• Have broad experience working with unstructured data and have used both classical OCR systems (Tesseract, PaddleOCR, EasyOCR) and modern models (PaddleOCR-VL, DeepSeek-OCR, dots.ocr, Qwen3-VL). Understand the strengths and weaknesses of different architectures and the scenarios in which each is most effective.
• Have hands-on experience training and fine-tuning OCR and Vision-Language models.

You will join a highly professional design powerhouse consisting of a Lead UI/UX Designer, a Senior Graphic Designer, and a Senior UI/UX Designer.
Because we manage a high volume of global sub-projects simultaneously, we maintain a senior-heavy team to ensure quality and creative autonomy across all adaptations. You will also work closely with our PM and the developers’ team on the client’s side to bring your designs to life.

How many stages of the interview are there?

• Strong presentation/document craft:
