We are looking for a proactive IT Lead Generation Manager with real experience and achievements of searching and attracting leads using different platforms and sources (e.g Clutch, Crunchbase, Apollo.io, Snov.io, and other lead sources). Earnings: $1000 fixed salary per month + bonuses.

Working conditions

• Remote format of work 
• First month will be a paid Company Bootcamp period ($500/month)
• $1000 fixed & bonuses from $250 to $750
• All details of the bonus system will be provided during the interview;
• We work officially (Private Entrepreneur by contract);
• Working day from 8:00 to 17:00 (The plan for the day is made at the stand-up meeting and must be accomplished (considering common sense) within the day according to the checkpoints. After accepting the work, the manager finalizes the working day);
• If necessary, additional equipment is provided (Apple MacBook, second monitor, Apple trackpad/keyboard, studio microphone, etc.);
• Access to our sales books library and courses for further sales skills development;
• Mentorship from sales manager and other colleagues and career growth to a sales manager role;
• Training in IT technical knowledge (theory);
• English classes 2 times a week (outside of working hours).

Requirements

• 1+ year of experience in IT lead generation;
• Have an understanding of web development technologies;
• Strong English level for daily communication with clients;
• Be ready to study a large theoretical base of IT terms and concepts needed for daily work;
• Willingness to study sales literature and develop yourself further as a sales specialist;
• Knowledge of Google Docs and Google Sheets;
• Proactive work approach, perseverance, and attention to details;
• Other accompanying skills.

Responsibilities

• Searching for new leads using different platforms and sources  (Clutch, Crunchbase, Apollo.io, Snov.io, and other lead sources)
• Writing unique, non-template offer letters to potential customers;
• Presenting of the company's services and tech stack;
• Processing incoming requests from leads;
• Supporting the Sales Managers in lead qualification and information handoff.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for customers, providing thoughtful, reliable support via text communication and video calls;
• Conduct product demos for prospective and existing customers, clearly explaining value, functionality, and real-world use cases;
• Take full ownership of client issues: investigate, coordinate internally, and drive problems to resolution;
• Collect, structure, and analyze customer feedback, turning insights into concrete product and process improvements;
• Build and maintain ongoing relationships with customers, ensuring engagement, trust, and long-term adoption of the product;
• Deeply understand the product and confidently advise users on its functionality, limitations, and best use cases;
• Proactively identify risks, recurring issues, or unmet needs and escalate them with clear recommendations;

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in a customer support or customer success role for a web-based product;
• Solid understanding of how web applications work and comfort discussing technical topics with users;
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to navigate incomplete information.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, stay focused under pressure, and follow tasks through to completion;
• High sense of responsibility and readiness to respond promptly to urgent or critical customer requests;

• Ability to clearly explain complex information and guide users with patience and empathy;
• Confident in finding information independently and working with various tools and platforms;
