• Track and validate bugs, collaborate closely with developers and QA team
• Write and maintain QA documentation: test plans, test cases, and reports
• Write SQL queries for data validation (SELECT, JOIN, UPDATE)
• Work in an Agile/Scrum team delivering high-quality features

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in automation QA
• Solid knowledge of Java, Selenium, and Cucumber (or strong willingness to learn)
• Experience with API testing tools (Postman, RestAssured)
• Strong SQL skills
• Understanding of SDLC and QA’s role within it
• Familiarity with test documentation and defect tracking
• ISTQB certification or similar is a plus
• Strong English communication skills (written & verbal)

Key Responsibilities:
Project Management:
◦ Plan, execute, and finalize projects according to strict deadlines and within budget.
◦ Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
◦ Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and status reports.
◦ Coordinate and manage project resources, including team members, third-party contractors, and vendors.
◦ Monitor and track project progress, ensuring timely delivery of milestones and deliverables.
◦ Identify and mitigate project risks and issues, escalating when necessary.

Responsibilities:
◦ Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
◦ Remove impediments and blockers to ensure smooth project execution.
◦ Foster a collaborative and productive team environment.
◦ Ensure the team is self-organizing and improving their processes.
Stakeholder Management:
◦ Communicate effectively with stakeholders to manage expectations and deliver updates.
◦ Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
◦ Ensure stakeholder satisfaction by delivering high-quality projects that meet their needs.
Documentation and Reporting:
◦ Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, risk logs, and status reports.
◦ Provide regular updates and reports to senior management and stakeholders.
◦ Document and share best practices and lessons learned.
 

Required Qualifications:
• 2-5 years of experience in project management and Agile/Scrum environments.
• Proven experience managing projects from inception to completion.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and frameworks.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, MS Project).
• Problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
• Experience in creating presentations (PowerPoint, Google Slides, Figma, Canva)
• Design skills (Figma, Photoshop, or other tools)
• Advanced/Fluent  English is a must
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
