About the Role

As a Senior AI Solutions Business System Analyst at JustAnswer, you will redesign our highest-value workflows for the AI era. You’ll map current→future state, build low-code, AI-assisted prototypes, define evaluation and telemetry, and partner with engineering and stakeholders to ship safely and measurably. You are a T-shaped BA: deep in workflow/system design and project management, with strong, hands-on gen-AI skills. You do not own enterprise program governance or act as a product owner for every tool; you drive design + prototypes + measurement + adoption, then partner for scale. You will partner closely with stakeholders across the organization to define strategic vision, translate business needs into actionable requirements, and ensure successful delivery of impactful solutions. What You’ll Do

• Workflow discovery & redesign: Facilitate walkthroughs; produce BPMN/RACI; identify agentizable steps; define HIL gates, risks/controls.
• Prototype & specify: Build low-code pilots (Power Automate/Power Apps or equivalent) with GPT Enterprise connectors; author prompts and function-calling schemas; write integration specs and acceptance criteria.
• Prioritize initiatives and set quarterly OKRs in alignment with organizational goals.

Responsibilities

• Assisting the Account Manager with current project execution and documentation flow.
• Regular sync-ups with clients and correspondence management.
• Arranging timelines for transition to Cloud infrastructure and collecting necessary data for the service/finance teams.
• Participation in technical team activity planning and resource allocation.
• Maintaining client profiles and reports for the assigned client portfolio.
• Initiating upsell opportunities when appropriate.

Requirements

• Experience (1+ year): Successful experience in Project or Account Management (preferably in fields related to Cloud Services).
• English (B2+): Ability to conduct free-flowing oral and written communication, and explain complex matters simply.
• Self-Reliance: High level of responsibility and ability to work effectively without constant supervision.
• Organizational Skills: Attention to detail, ability to handle reporting and planning.
• Communication Skills: Readiness for active and constructive interaction with clients and teams.
• Basic understanding of Cloud technologies.
