🌊 Data Engineer: Build the Lakehouse Behind Millions of Players

Adaptiq × a major online gaming operator

The challenge:

Our client, a major online gaming operator, is building a next-generation account management platform as a greenfield project. It runs in a highly regulated, high-volume environment where availability, sub-second performance, data integrity, and full auditability are non-negotiable, including during extreme traffic spikes.

Every transaction becomes data, and that data has to be right. How do you ingest it without losing or duplicating a single event? How do you keep it fresh and reconciled with source systems? How do you store years of history so it’s cheap to keep, fast to query, and GDPR-compliant? These are the questions you’ll answer.

Your role:

We’re looking for a hands-on Data Engineer to build scalable, reliable data infrastructure and production-grade pipelines, with a strong focus on data quality, integrity, and performance.

You’ll own the design, implementation, and operation of the data lake and lakehouse architecture, including key technical decisions. You’ll define how data is stored, partitioned, processed, and monitored, work closely with Data Engineering, DevOps, Data Science, and other stakeholders, and help shape the platform’s long-term scalability and the data migration.

What you’ll do:

• Build and maintain a multi-layer lakehouse (bronze / silver / gold) on Iceberg or Delta, including schema evolution
• Design CDC and streaming ingestion with Kafka, Debezium, or similar, handling late and duplicate events
• Optimize data layout in cloud object storage: partitioning, compaction, file sizing, query performance
• Define retention, archival, immutability, and GDPR-style deletion processes
• Ensure data freshness, quality, and consistency; detect drift and reconcile with source systems
• Implement governance: metadata, lineage, access controls, PII protection, encryption, audit trails
• Monitor pipelines and drive resolution of data anomalies

• Collaborate with Analytics, Finance, and Compliance on requirements, migration, and architecture

What you bring:

• 5+ years in data engineering with large-scale data lakes or lakehouse environments
• Production experience with cloud object storage (AWS S3 or equivalent) and an analytics platform such as Snowflake, Databricks, or BigQuery
• Hands-on expertise with Iceberg, Delta, or Hudi, plus solid knowledge of partitioning, file layout, and query optimization
• Experience building CDC and streaming pipelines (Kafka, Debezium, or similar)
• Strong SQL, data modeling, and understanding of relational and transactional data
• Experience with data quality, monitoring, and governance: lineage, access control, PII handling, retention
• Python and workflow orchestration (Airflow or Dagster)

• Ability to own technical decisions and clearly explain trade-offs

Bonus points:

✦ Financial, transactional, or ledger data
✦ Regulated or audit-heavy environments: fintech, gaming, banking, payments
✦ Large-scale data migration projects

If you want your pipelines to carry real money, real scale, and real responsibility, let’s talk.

We're Dreaver. We're a lifestyle brand, that currently sells treadmills and other fitness equipment for the home, direct to people who want to move more without a gym membership or the pressure from booking a class. We run ads in the Netherlands, Denmark and Sweden — more markets can follow. Creative is the lever that moves the needle for us, and we are looking for a loyal editor to own our video output long-term.

This is direct-response editing, not video production. If your scope is weddings, corporate or long-form YouTube, we won't be a good client for you.

What you'd be doing
Cutting UGC, founder footage and mash-ups into Meta ads, 9:16 and 4:5. Hook variants tested against each other. Editing to AI voiceover with clean sync and pacing. Comfortable with AI b-roll or AI UGC shot from Higgsfield, made to not look like AI. Captions, pattern interrupts, retention pacing, end cards. Re-cutting winners into new angles instead of starting from zero.

Multiple markets | NL, DK, SE, ...
Native translators on the team handle scripting and copy per market, you don't need to write or speak Dutch, Danish or Swedish. A creative sense for scripting and concepting, someone who can push back on a script or suggest a better opening, is a big plus.

How we work
- Ownership matters, you don't wait for a brief to fix what you can already see.
- Speed. We'd rather test fast than think long. We learn by doing and improve as we go.
- Proactive. You don't wait around. You spot opportunities, flag problems, and act.
- Fix > perfect. See something that could be better? Fix it. Perfection isn't the requirement, progress is.

Tools
Premiere Pro or CapCut, non-negotiable. Comfortable with Higgsfield and ElevenLabs for the occasional AI shot and voice-overs. We're not hiring an AI specialist, just someone who won't freeze the first time AI footage lands in their timeline. When working together, we pay for all AI subscriptions, on our accounts.

What we offer
- Full-time
- $1500-2200+ per month, depending on level
- Perform well and you grow with us. More scope, better pay.
- Work when you work best. No fixed hours, just deadlines and a few hours overlap with Amsterdam CET
- Long-term. We want someone for years, not a project

How to apply
Reply with this exact format:

[Your name] | [years editing DR ads] | [months using Higgsfield] | [preferred monthly payment]

Example: Anna Nowak | 3 | 7 | 1700

Then reply to the questions asked, exactly these 5 lines with LINKS.
1. Best UGC or founder ad you've edited:
2. What it sold and how it performed:
3. Best non-english AI video you've made (if any)
4. Loom link (90 seconds max, camera on) --> open one of the two videos on your screen and talk us through one editing decision, and why. Not a pitch, not your CV. We want to hear how you think.

You will be skipped for: wrong subject format, a CV instead of links, attachments, "I am hardworking and a fast learner," or anything that could have been sent to any company.

We want to hear from you. Really see you and build that true connection.

  Reconciliation & operations

• Reconcile data between affiliate platforms, CRM and lead-routing systems, payment processors, and accounting records.
• Investigate discrepancies such as duplicate leads, invalid conversions, missing invoices, underpayments, or overdue balances.

• Build practical controls, reporting routines, and process documentation that make revenue and payout operations easier to trust.

  What we are looking for

• Experience in accounts receivable, accounts payable, billing, payment operations, or financial reconciliation.
• —Exceptional attention to detail and confidence working with spreadsheets, payment reports, and large datasets.
• —Sound judgment handling confidential financial information and resolving exceptions with internal teams and external partners.

Hi,

Tallium is building small AI-native delivery teams around one key person, the AI Product Engineer. You'll own a product from the first client call to a working solution. You'll run discovery, define the scope and write the specs, then build MVPs, internal tools, integrations and AI agents yourself with Claude Code and N8N. Senior engineers, designers and QA will support you where their expertise is needed.

We're looking for a builder who would rather show a working prototype than write 20 pages of specs, and who checks AI-generated code instead of trusting it blindly.

What you'll do

• Run discovery and workshops with clients, then turn their business needs into requirements, an MVP scope and a delivery plan
• Write structured specs (PRDs, architecture, stories) that guide both the team and AI agents
• Build prototypes, MVPs, integrations, AI agents and N8N workflows end to end
• Involve Senior Devs, Designers and QA when needed, and own the quality of the final result
• Demo to clients, iterate on their feedback, and support pre-sale with estimates and proofs of concept

Must have

• 4+ years as a BA, System Analyst, Product Owner or Solutions Engineer, or as a developer who moved into a product role
• Hands-on experience shipping software with AI coding agents (Claude Code, Cursor or similar), including reading, debugging and iterating on the code
• Knowledge of Spec-Driven Development, BMAD or a similar structured approach
• Strong N8N skills (or advanced Make/Zapier), including webhooks and error handling
• Experience building LLM-powered agents and workflows: prompting, tool calling, RAG basics
• Solid grasp of REST APIs, auth, databases and SQL, and integrations
• Working knowledge of JS/TS or Python, plus basic Git and deployment (Vercel, Supabase, Docker)
• BA toolkit: user stories, process modelling (BPMN/UML/ERD), Jira/Confluence
• Upper-Intermediate+ English and confidence leading client meetings independently

Nice to have

• Portfolio or demos of things you've built yourself (big plus)
• Pre-sale experience
• MCP, Agent SDKs, vector databases
• Healthcare, FinTech or EdTech background

What we offer

• Competitive placement bonuses for every successful hire, scaled by seniority level
• An additional Engagement Fee for active search work, so your effort is rewarded, not only closed positions
• Diverse roles across tech, AI, fintech, healthcare and education
• Fully remote, flexible collaboration

VitaUp is an international product company in the Health & Wellness industry, actively growing its e-commerce business across global markets. Our brands compete alongside established market leaders such as NOW, Pure Encapsulations, and Nature Made.

We are looking for a Supply Chain & Sourcing Specialist who will manage the import of dietary supplements into the US market — from supplier and customs compliance to on-time delivery into our warehouses and Amazon fulfillment network.

This is a Middle-level role — not a junior logistics-coordinator position. We need someone who understands the full mechanics of US supplement imports, not just tracks shipments.

What you'll do

• Manage end-to-end sourcing and import of dietary supplements — from supplier coordination to delivery at destination (3PL / Amazon FBA).
• Ensure compliance with US import requirements for supplements: FDA Prior Notice, FSVP, Facility Registration, and related documentation.
• Review HTS/HS code classification, duties, and landed-cost calculations.
• Coordinate with freight forwarders and customs brokers (sea and air) and manage the full documentation flow: purchase orders, invoices, packing lists, customs paperwork, COA.
• Work with suppliers on production timelines, quality control, and packaging/labeling specs (Supplement Facts panel).
• Monitor inventory levels and support forecasting and replenishment planning to avoid stockouts.
• Identify and address risks in the supply chain (delays, customs holds, quality issues) and propose solutions.
• Prepare regular reports on supply chain status and cost/efficiency metrics for management.

What we're looking for

• 3+ years of experience in supply chain, sourcing, or import operations, ideally with dietary supplements or another FDA-regulated product category.
• Solid understanding of US import processes: customs clearance, HTS classification, duties, and supplement-specific compliance (FDA Prior Notice, FSVP, Facility Registration).
• Experience working with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and 3PLs.
• Experience with Amazon (Seller/Vendor Central, FBA) is a strong advantage; experience with other marketplaces or purely B2B/wholesale supply chains is also welcome.
• Confident user of Excel/Google Sheets; experience with supply chain or inventory-planning tools is a plus.
• English — B2, sufficient for working with international suppliers and partners.
• Strong attention to detail, structured approach, and ability to manage multiple shipments/suppliers in parallel.

Nice to have

• Direct experience sourcing from China-based manufacturers (negotiation, QC checkpoints, COA review).
• Knowledge of supplement labeling regulations (Supplement Facts, FDA requirements).
• Experience with recognized US 3PLs (e.g., ShipBob, ShipMonk, ShipCalm).
• Understanding of Section 301 tariffs and duty-optimization strategies.

What we offer

• Competitive compensation, depending on experience.
• The opportunity to join an international product company in the Health & Wellness industry and gain Hands-on experience with US import compliance, e-commerce logistics, and marketplace operations
• Ownership of real supply chain decisions, not just operational execution.
• Opportunities for professional growth within an international, fast-scaling business.

Senior Databricks Engineer
