У новий бізнес Bravel ми шукаємо Tech Lead Engineer, який очолить технічну команду продукту. Нас чекає складна backend-heavy архітектура, тож це позиція для людини, яка готова взятися за розбудову технічної інфраструктури з нуля та вести команду до результату.

• Архітектура та технічна стратегія: ухвалювати прагматичні рішення щодо стеку та архітектури. Будувати так, щоб система витримала масштабування, але без overengineering на старті;
• Команда та процеси з нуля: знайти і найняти сильних інженерів, налаштувати delivery-процес так, щоб він прискорював розробку, а не плодив бюрократію;

• 5+ років комерційного досвіду розробки;
• Практичний досвід роботи з Node.js / NestJS, PostgreSQL, TypeORM.
• Досвід управління технічними командами (від 5 осіб), побудови та масштабування процесів;
• Впевнене володіння AI-інструментами для розробки (Cursor, GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude Code або аналогами);
