RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage and maintain our cloud infrastructure on Google Cloud Platform (GCP) to ensure high availability, scalability, and security
• Design, build, and manage containerized environments using Kubernetes for deploying and orchestrating microservices

As a Senior Manual QA, you will join a highly experienced team developing software for high-tech medical devices.
The technical scope includes key functionalities for the medical industry, including 3D visualization for robotic surgery.

Requirements

Foundational understanding of electro-mechanical systems, real-time operating systems (RTOS), control systems, and data collection/analysis.

Prior exposure to working with or testing C/C++. Prior exposure to testing or working with Simulink.

Prior experience in building out electro-mechanical software simulations for test purposes.

Basic knowledge of inverse and forward kinematics and controls theory (e.g. PID loops, open loop vs closed loop controls, transient vs steady-state response).

At least 3-4 years in Software Testing (manual/automation).

Deep understanding of software development life cycle, QA methodologies, tools, and processes.

Hands-on experience with manual testing, functional testing.

Experience in creating and maintaining test documentation (bug reports, test cases, checklists).

About the Role
Our client is looking for a Java Full‑Stack Developer to help accelerate product development for their flagship workforce management solution, HotSchedules Labor. You’ll work in a collaborative, international team with developers and QA engineers from Ukraine, Latin America, and the US. This role offers a great opportunity to strengthen your English skills, as many team meetings are held in English.

The team actively uses AI coding agents to speed up development and improve code quality. Candidates must be comfortable working with AI tools as part of their daily workflow.

Most engineers on the team are full‑stack developers, but current priorities lean more toward backend tasks. A solid background in backend development combined with practical front‑end experience (React 18, Redux) is required.

Responsibilities

• Develop new features based on the product backlog
• Build REST services for high-volume, low-latency web and mobile applications
