Requirements

Must have:

Responsibilities: 

You are responsible for providing operational and administrative support to our OEM partners with regard to the processing of clinical cases. You handle the flow of incoming cases, and follow-up on the timing and on-time delivery of cases. 

• You independently manage daily external and internal requests, covering both technical and administrative aspects of clinical cases for a diverse portfolio of products and partners. 
• You handle the flow of incoming medical cases and start the operational processing of these. 
• You receive the incoming medical images for new cases, and get them ready for processing. You follow-up with the partners on rejected images. 
• You follow-up on the processing of cases assuring all cases are processed, produced and shipped to the customer within the agreed timelines. You reach out to the different stakeholders in case of delays or issues with the flow and intervene when timings are/need to be changed. 
• You provide information within an acceptable time frame for the business relations, to partners and customers with regard to the case management flow and process. 
• Detect and escalate recurring problems on the operational side 
• Participate in the integration of CuSe operations of new partners and/or products

Technical Competencies

• Advanced proficiency in analogue, digital, and mixed-signal electronics design, supported by strong analytical and simulation capabilities.
• Skilled in performing circuit- and temperature-level simulations and using industry-standard tools such as LTspice, PSpice, and Micro-Cap.
• A solid foundation in power electronics is essential, including experience with AC/DC and DC/DC converters, battery management systems, and battery-powered product design.
• Practical knowledge in RF design, encompassing antenna matching and  layout optimization for RF SoC and module-based systems (Wi-Fi, BLE, LoRa, GSM, LTE, NB-IoT, etc.).
• Proficiency in multilayer PCB design, including HDI, flex, and flex-rigid boards, is required, along with experience in creating production-ready PCB documentation.
• A comprehensive understanding of high-speed design principles—covering USB, Ethernet, DDR2/3, and HDMI interfaces—and of signal integrity and power integrity validation methods is expected.
• An in-depth understanding of EMC fundamentals, filtering, and shielding strategies, combined with hands-on experience in EMC pre-compliance testing and debugging, is essential.
• Proficient in the practical use of standard laboratory equipment such as oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, multimeters, signal generators, and spectrum analyzers.
• Strong prototype debugging, troubleshooting and repair skills.

• Experience in mentoring junior engineers.
• Ability to manage technical handovers, address customer issues, and support field troubleshooting.

Зараз ми активно масштабуємося та шукаємо Business Development Manager, який допоможе розвивати нові ринки та залучати міжнародних B2B-клієнтів.

Що буде вашим основним фокусом

• Пошук та залучення нових B2B-клієнтів через outbound-канали.
• Побудова та розвиток партнерських і реферальних програм.
• Проведення переговорів та закриття нових угод.
• Розвиток довгострокових відносин із клієнтами та масштабування існуючих акаунтів.

Ваші задачі

• Аналізувати outbound-канали (LinkedIn, Email Outreach, бізнес-клуби, конференції тощо) та запускати найефективніші.
• Генерувати кваліфіковані ліди й будувати стабільний pipeline.
• Проводити discovery-зустрічі та переговори з потенційними клієнтами.
• Брати участь у профільних офлайн-заходах, розширювати власний нетворк.
• Запускати та розвивати партнерські й реферальні програми.
• Виявляти можливості для Upsell серед існуючих клієнтів у співпраці з проєктною командою.

Що для нас важливо

• Досвід у B2B Business Development або Sales від 2 років.
• Практичний досвід холодних продажів: пошук клієнтів, outbound, переговори та закриття угод.
• Досвід роботи у сервісних або продуктових компаніях із коротким циклом продажів (SaaS, GameDev, iGaming, MilTech, консалтинг, маркетингові агенції, юридичні послуги, export/import тощо).
• Англійська мова — Upper-Intermediate (B2+) або вище.
• Самостійність, проактивність та орієнтація на результат.

Буде плюсом
