The role

As a Frontend Tech Lead (React), you’ll be a hands-on technical leader in a cross-functional product team building the Ideals Board. You will lead by example in engineering craftsmanship: owning frontend architecture decisions, raising delivery quality, and helping the team move faster with confidence.

What you will do

• Own frontend technical direction for a key area of Ideals Board: architecture, patterns, and long-term maintainability
• Make the design system work properly in real product development: ensure consistency, improve developer experience, and close gaps between design and implementation
