Обов’язки:

Ми шукаємо Technical Project Manager, який стане сполучною ланкою між бізнесом і розробкою. Вам доведеться відповідати за стабільність нашої внутрішньої екосистеми (ERP, сайти, інтеграції), керувати пріоритетами та забезпечувати безперебійну роботу бізнес-процесів.

Основні обов’язки:

• Повний цикл Project Management: трансляція бізнес-цілей у технічні специфікації, пріоритизація, управління ресурсами розробки та контроль якості релізів на всіх етапах реалізації.
• Технічний моніторинг: щоденний контроль стабільності інтеграцій із зовнішніми сервісами (платіжні системи, банки, системи ідентифікації, телефонія) та аналіз логів.
• Робота з даними та звітністю: написання SQL-запитів для аналітики й діагностики, перевірка коректності складних розрахунків.
• Підтримка та інцидент-менеджмент: оперативне реагування на технічні збої, координація їх усунення та комунікація з внутрішніми замовниками.
• Контент і документація: актуалізація інформації на сайтах компанії, робота з HTML-шаблонами та підтримка бази знань.
• Взаємодія з командами: проведення зустрічей зі співробітниками інших відділів, обговорення нового функціоналу, підготовка щотижневих звітів для керівництва щодо статусу завдань та інцидентів.

Вимоги до кандидата:

• Досвід роботи від 1 року на посаді Project Manager у продуктовій або аутсорсинговій компанії (досвід у FinTech буде перевагою).
• Технічний бекграунд: розуміння принципів роботи API-інтеграцій, структури баз даних і життєвого циклу розробки ПЗ.

Володіння інструментами:

• Упевнене знання SQL (написання запитів для отримання та аналізу даних).
• Досвід роботи з Jira, Slack, Google Workspace та Excel.
• Базові навички роботи з HTML.

Soft Skills: уміння перекладати з «бізнесової» на «розробницьку» мову, стресостійкість під час роботи з інцидентами та уважність до деталей у розрахунках.
