Що робить наш Юрист:

• Здійснює підготовку, аналіз та перегляд договорів у сфері інформатизації із державними органами, муніципалітетами, міжнародними організаціями та приватними партнерами

• Супроводжує процес укладання договорів щодо продуктів та сервісів у сфері govtech: цифрові державні послуги, реєстри, e-governance платформи

• Аналізує регуляторні вимоги (публічні закупівлі, захист персональних даних, інтелектуальна власність, кібербезпека, антикорупційний комплаєнс, податки, корпоративне та трудове регулювання)

• Бере участь у побудові та вдосконаленні внутрішніх юридичних процесів: облік та стандартизація договорів, документообіг, написання шаблонів документів і внутрішніх політик

• Супроводжує проєкти, що реалізуються за підтримки міжнародних донорів і програм технічної допомоги

• Консультує інші підрозділи з питань інтелектуальної власності, ліцензування програмного забезпечення та використання відкритого коду

• Долучається до врегулювання спорів та підготовки правових позицій, бере участь у внутрішніх аудитах 

• Відслідковує та контролює правові ризики

• Працює у взаємодії та під наглядом старших колег 

Які професійні навички і досвід важливі:

• Практичний досвід роботи від 1–3 років у юридичній фірмі, ІТ-компанії, консалтингу або проєктах, пов’язаних із державним сектором чи МТД

• Досвід роботи з договорами у сфері ІТ та/або державних проєктів

• Розуміння регуляторного середовищва у сферах  публічних закупівель, захисту персональних даних, ІТ-контрактів, інтелектуальної власності буде перевагою

• Володіння англійською мовою на рівні не нижче B2 

• Вміння аналізувати нормативно-правові акти та працювати з великим обсягом правової інформації

• Уважність до деталей, вміння формулювати чіткі висновки та описувати складні процеси простою мовою

Умови роботи:

• Випробувальний термін — 3 місяці.
• Графік роботи гнучкий та залежить від команди, переважно з 09:30 до 18:30.

• Create and structure tasks in a Task Tracker system;

You’ll resolve issues, handle disputes, and make sure every interaction leaves the client confident in our product. • Respond to client inquiries via Zendesk, chat, and calls during 9 AM to 5 PM EDT - providing clear, fast, and solution-oriented support

• Investigate and resolve bank disputes, ensuring fair outcomes and protecting company revenue

• Troubleshoot technical and product-related issues in collaboration with Product and Engineering teams

• Escalate complex cases with clear context and follow through until resolution

• Identify recurring problems and suggest process or product improvements

• 1+ year of experience in a Customer Support role

- Monitoring & Logging: Loki, Prometheus-Stack, and ELK-Stack (Gathering Metrics and Logs from Services).
- Linux Systems: Debian, Ubuntu, CentOS or similar (Administration, Optimization, and Troubleshooting Expertise).
- Databases & Storage: MySQL/MariaDB (BackUp Policies, Version Upgrades and Maintenance Scheduling);
- NetWorking: VPN (OpenVPN + LDAP, Pritunl + LDAP), AWS (VPC, Routing and Access Control Management);
- Linux Systems: Debian, Ubuntu, CentOS (Administration, Optimization, and Troubleshooting Expertise).
