Як саме ти можеш впливати на розвиток компанії: 

• реалізовувати план івент-активностей для сприяння досягнення комунікаційних і репутаційний цілей компанії

Челенджі на три місяці: 

• онбординг у процеси компанії та департаменту, налагодження взаємодії із внутрішніми експертами та стейкхолдерами майбутніх проєктів

• розуміння процесів проведення комплаєнс-перевірки, юридичного, закупівельного та фінансового супроводу роботи з підрядниками та постачальниками послуг

• підготовка та запуск івентів та партнерств відповідно до плану заходів департаменту

• підготовка спікерів Uklon до участі у зовнішніх подіях згідно затвердженого плану ініціатив

• організація виробництва друкованої/сувенірної продукції згідно з планами проєктів департаменту

Для досягнення результатів, тобі знадобляться: 

• вища освіта. Бажано в сферах менеджменту, комунікацій, маркетинг, або суміжних

• 2+ років досвіду роботи в комунікаційних чи івент агенціях, корпоративному секторі, продуктових IT компаніях чи благодійних фондах - саме в ролі івент-менеджера

• досвід управління проєктами (івентами): розробка, бюджетування та ефективне управління бюджетом проєкту, організація підрядників, робота з внутрішніми стейкхолдерами, реалізація, оцінка ефективності та результативності
