Your key responsibilities will include:

About the Role

What You Will Do

• Map end-to-end event lifecycles across pre-event, on-site, and post-event stages to identify bottlenecks, manual work, and automation opportunities.

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Senior Business Analyst, Technical Business Analyst, Business Systems Analyst, Product Business Analyst, or similar role.

Твої зони відповідальності:

• Запуск і оптимізація PPC-кампаній у Google Ads;
• Управління бюджетами та досягнення цільових показників;

Основні обов’язки

• Запуск, налаштування та оптимізація рекламних кампаній у Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Ads (залежно від потреб компанії).
• Сегментація та таргетинг аудиторій: інтереси, поведінка, look-alike, ремаркетинг.
• Планування рекламних бюджетів та контроль ефективності їх використання.
• Тестування різних варіантів креативів, форматів оголошень і текстів.
• Спільна робота з дизайнером та копірайтером над створенням ефективних креативів.
• Аналіз результатів рекламних кампаній (CTR, CPM, CPC, CPL, ROAS).
• Підготовка щотижневих та щомісячних звітів.
• Відстеження трендів у соціальних мережах та впровадження нових інструментів.

• 1,5–2+ роки досвіду роботи з таргетованою рекламою (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, TikTok Ads).
• Практичні навички роботи з Ads Manager, Business Manager.
• Розуміння digital-маркетингових воронок (TOFU–MOFU–BOFU).
• Знання принципів ремаркетингу та побудови look-alike аудиторій.
• Досвід роботи з пікселями, подіями та конверсіями (Facebook Pixel, TikTok Pixel, GA4).
• Базові знання Google Analytics та Google Tag Manager.
• Важливо: досвід роботи з лідогенерацією.

Responsibilities

Identify and attract potential clients via Upwork 

Process inbound and outbound client requests (up to ~40 invites per day)

Communicate with clients via text to schedule calls and transfer leads to the Business Development Manager

Maintain and update client data in the CRM system

Prepare estimation tables based on input from the Business Development Manager

Create follow-ups and support documentation for client communication

Maintain consistent communication with leads throughout the sales funnel

Update and manage company profiles and portfolios (including Upwork)

Research potential partners, events, and networking opportunities

Maintain a database of networking contacts and support further communication

Track client statuses and maintain accurate records

Collect, consolidate, and manage sales metrics (Google Sheets)

Requirements

Experience working with CRM systems

Confident user of Google Sheets / Excel and Google Slides

Strong written English (B2+), ability to conduct professional business correspondence

Hands-on experience with Upwork and LinkedIn

Understanding of IT sales processes and sales funnel stages

Experience in lead generation and processing outbound/inbound requests

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Excellent communication skills and client-oriented mindset

Nice to Have

Experience creating and maintaining company profiles (e.g., Upwork)

Experience working with sales metrics and reporting
