Ми шукаємо Key Account Manager / операційного менеджера, який буде супроводжувати клієнта на всьому операційному циклі: від прийому заявки до закриття угоди в CRM, забезпечуючи точність, швидкість обробки, високий рівень сервісу та контроль прибутковості🔥

Основні задачі

1. Ведення заявок та операційна координація

• Прийом, коректна обробка та реєстрація заявок у CRM
• Перевірка правильності даних, документів, розрахунків, контроль виконання та статусів
• Запобігання помилкам, затримкам та збитковим угодам

2. Розрахунки та угоди

• Розрахунок маршруту переказу/обміну, забезпечення прозорості руху коштів
• Узгодження параметрів угоди з клієнтом
• Перевірка маржинальності угоди (спільно з командою)

3. Комплаєнс та документи

• Дотримання процедур AML/KYC/KYB та корпоративних стандартів
• Збір пакету документів, первинна верифікація та передача на юридичну перевірку
• Документальне супроводження: підготовка та узгодження договорів, перевірка/коригування рахунків, контроль підписання та зберігання документів у CRM

Взаємодія з іншими підрозділами

• Бухгалтерія (платежі, документи, підтвердження)
• Юридичний відділ (договори, AML/KYC/KYB)
• FX/OTC desk (курси, параметри угод, виконання)
• Колеги по операційній команді (заміщення, синхронізація статусів)

Вимоги

• Вища економічна (або суміжна) освіта
• Досвід 1–2 роки в операційній/аккаунт-ролі (бажано фінтех, банки, процесинг, платіжні сервіси)
• Розуміння логіки міжнародних платежів/обмінних операцій та маршрутів проведення операцій
• Базові знання AML/KYC/KYB та готовність працювати за процедурами
• Впевнене володіння CRM та Google Docs/Sheets
• Мови:  англійська – B1

Буде плюсом:

• Досвід у платіжних/FX/крипто/фінтех-проєктах
• Досвід комунікації з міжнародними клієнтами, банками/провайдерами
• Досвід роботи з документами по угоді та контролем якості операційних процесів

✅ Що для цього потрібно:

• Високий рівень володіння Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets;
• Досвід роботи в affiliate-маркетингу або в медіабаїнг-команді буде перевагою;
• Уважність до деталей та вміння працювати з великими обсягами інформації;
• Досвід роботи з фінансовими системами або CRM;
• Навички аналізу фінансових даних;
• Вміння структурувати процеси та знаходити шляхи для їх оптимізації;
• Самоорганізація та вміння працювати в умовах віддаленого формату;
• Наявність фінансової освіти.
