Ми — арбітражна команда з 5+ роками досвіду у гемблінг-вертикалі. Працюємо зі стабільною інфраструктурою, вибудуваними внутрішніми процесами та довгостроковим підходом до партнерств і команди.
Зараз шукаємо Тімліда / Хеда медіабаєрів у Варшаві, плюсом буде своя команда баєрів для масштабування напрямку.

     Вимоги:

• Досвід роботи Team Lead / Head of Media Buying в арбітражній команді
• Глибоке розуміння арбітражу трафіку та гемблінг-вертикалі.
• Успішний досвід масштабування звʼязок на T1 / T2 / T3 GEO.
• Навички управління командою та побудови процесів.
• Досвід роботи з великими бюджетами.
• Буде великим плюсом — готова команда баєрів.
  
  Локація та формат роботи:
• 🏢 Офіс у самому центрі Варшави (ми за живу командну атмосферу), доступний гібрид
• 🌍 Якщо ти в Європі — допомагаємо з релокейтом
• ⏰ Графік: 10:00 – 18:00 (але ми всі знаємо, що в арбітражі графіків не існує 😉)

• 📄 Допомагаємо з офіційним працевлаштуванням у Польщі
