We are seeking a strategic Chief Financial Officer to partner closely with the CEO and executive team in shaping the financial future of a rapidly scaling international company. The CFO will play a key role in driving sustainable growth, strengthening capital efficiency, and building a scalable finance structure to support global expansion in a regulated trading environment.
 

Responsibilities:

• Act as a strategic partner to the CEO and executive team, shaping the company’s long-term financial strategy, sustainability and supporting sustainable global growth.
• Design and scale a robust, multi-entity finance structure to support rapid international growth and increasing operational complexity.
• Provide clear, data-driven insights and executive-level reporting to support strategic initiatives and long-term value creation.
• Lead capital allocation strategy, ensuring effective deployment of resources across product development, marketing, geographic expansion, and operational scaling.
• Drive advanced financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and scenario modeling to support decision-making in a dynamic, high-volume trading environment.
• Oversee treasury operations, including liquidity management, multi-currency cash flows, capital structure optimization, investments, and financing activities.
• Establish and maintain a comprehensive financial risk management framework, ensuring effective internal controls.
• Ensure full compliance with applicable financial regulations, AML/KYC, tax, audit, and industry standards across jurisdictions.
• Build and lead a high-performing finance organization (25+ professionals across accounting, finance), fostering accountability, financial discipline, and continuous improvement.
• Drive financial systems optimization and process automation to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and scalability of the finance function.
• Maintain strong relationships with banks, financial institutions, auditors, and regulatory bodies across multiple jurisdictions.
• Stay current on industry trends, market developments, and regulatory changes, proactively adapting financial strategies and operations to maintain a competitive edge.
   

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field; Master’s degree or professional certification (e.g., CPA, CFA, ACCA) preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in a senior finance leadership role (CFO / Deputy CFO / Finance Director), preferably within fintech, brokerage, payments, banking, or other regulated high-volume industries.
• Demonstrated experience managing finance in a global, multi-entity, multi-jurisdiction environment.
• Proven experience in capital allocation, investment evaluation, and ROI-driven decision-making in a high-growth organisation.
  Strong background in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and advanced scenario modeling in dynamic business environments.
• Solid treasury management experience, including liquidity planning, multi-currency operations, capital structure optimization, and financing activities.
• In-depth knowledge of IFRS, financial regulations, accounting principles, and risk management practices within regulated industries.
• Experience in building and scaling finance functions, including Accounting, Treasury, FP&A, and Financial Control teams.
  Experience in board-level reporting and strategic financial communication.
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to build, structure, and motivate high-performing teams.
• Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and decision-making skills, with the ability to translate financial data into business insights.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Fluency in English and Ukrainian or Russian.
• Willingness to relocate to and work from the Cyprus office
   

Will be a plus:

• Professional certification such as CPA, CMA, or CFA is a plus
• A Master's degree or MBA is strongly preferred
• Comprehensive understanding of global financial markets, online trading regulations

Requirements:

• A FinTech Treasurer is a specialist responsible for managing cash flows, controlling payments and liquidity, as well as planning the cash flow budget.
• To perform their duties, they manage bank accounts, interact with banks, carry out management instructions, control accounts receivable and payable, and maintain financial reporting.

Responsibilities:

• Monitoring and controlling liquidity balances for FinTech group companies (crypto and fiat) by products (daily liquidity balance control, initiating top-ups through requests).
• Performing internal crypto and fiat operations, ensuring correct reflection of transfers (balance movements at clients’ request, account top-ups for bank fees).
• Processing cryptocurrency payouts and exchanges at clients’ request, as well as payouts via APM.
• Generating reports for FinTech perimeter companies, exporting files and saving them to disk.
• Coordinating high-risk transactions with the AML manager within the scope of requests and own responsibilities during payment processing.

As we continue to expand our global operations, we are looking for an experienced Treasury Manager to join our team in the Cyprus office. In this role you will take ownership of the ongoing development of our treasury function and liquidity management.
You will be responsible for accurate cash flow planning, automation of payment processes, effective banking relationships, and financial risk management.
This role involves close collaboration with international teams, implementation of best-in-class treasury solutions, and building a scalable financial infrastructure in a dynamic growth environment.

Responsibilities

• Ensure stable liquidity and timely coverage of financial obligations
• Implement an accurate and up-to-date consolidated cash flow forecast across the company
• Optimize treasury workflows with a focus on automation and reducing manual operations
• Increase transparency and control over payment execution
• Establish an efficient structure of bank accounts and service condition
• Reduce costs and strengthen control over payment limits and access rights
• Develop a system for monitoring FX and interest rate risks
• Design and implement practical hedging strategies where appropriate
• Ensure full compliance of treasury operations with internal policies and external regulations.
• Keep treasury policies up to date and provide training to internal teams

Requirements

• Proficiency in short- and long-term liquidity forecasting methodologies
• Knowledge of consolidated cash flow forecasting at group level
• Ability to develop and maintain cash flow budgets and perform variance analysis
• Experience in setting up and optimizing treasury workflows (approvals, limits, controls)
• Familiarity with ERP systems (1C, SAP, Oracle, MS Dynamics, etc.)
• Experience implementing automated solutions for payment and liquidity management
• Knowledge of banking products, account structures, and service conditions
• Management of access rights, payment limits, two-factor authentication, and user roles
• Understanding of FX and interest rate hedging instruments
• Skills in market risk analysis: sensitivity to exchange rates, interest rates, and maturities
• Experience in developing and implementing treasury policies, procedures, and internal guidelines
• Knowledge of KYC/AML requirements for payment and banking operations
• Understanding of internal control frameworks and SOX compliance (where applicable)
• Advanced Excel skills (including pivot tables, Power Query, formulas, macros)
• Experience with BI tools
• Knowledge of Ukrainian/Russian language is required

• Проводити щоденні фінансові операції компанії.
