Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the first point of contact for inbound leads, delivering quick and professional responses.

• Maintain and enrich CRM records to support prioritization by Sales Managers.
• Collaborate with the Sales team to identify high-potential opportunities.

What we expect from the candidate:

• Fluent in English (written and spoken)
• Previous experience in lead qualification, sales support, or customer service is an advantage.

Ми в пошуку технічного Project Manager’а, який візьме на себе управління задачами DevOps-команди та координацію технічних ініціатив на рівні всієї платформи. Ця роль критично важлива для контролю інфраструктурних змін та забезпечення узгодженого виконання крос-командних технічних проєктів.
 

Що входитиме до Ваших обов’язків

DevOps-напрям:

• Збір, структурування та уточнення вимог для задач DevOps-команди;
• Розбивка ініціатив на епіки, контрольні вимоги, підпроекти, задачі та контроль їх реалізації;
• Управління плануванням, пріоритезацією та контролем виконання задач у ClickUp;
• Контроль за навантаженням DevOps-команди, управління беклогом;
• Ведення документообігу за проєктами: вимоги, діаграми, технічні рішення, ризики, звіти;
• Аналіз готових технічних рішень, вибір оптимального шляху реалізації на підставі даних;
• Впровадження та відстеження ключових метрик продуктивності та KPI команди (DORA, SLO);
• Участь у технічних обговореннях і прийнятті рішень;
• Участь у підготовці та проходженні Security Audit;
• Моніторинг дедлайнів, ризиків, контроль змін у пріоритетах.
   

Global Initiatives:

• Координація глобальних змін: архітектурні трансформації, міграції, оновлення інфраструктури, зміни фреймворків тощо;
• Управління міжкомандними залежностями, виявлення та усунення блокерів;
• Виступ у ролі центральної контактної особи для всіх стейкхолдерів по глобальним ініціативам;
• Фасилітація технічних обговорень між DevOps, командами та C-level;
• Забезпечення чіткої та проактивної комунікації щодо статусу, ризиків, змін;
• Балансування між технічною досконалістю та бізнес-цілями при прийнятті архітектурних рішень;
• Побудова прозорої звітності для технічних і нетехнічних учасників;
• Планування та структурування робочих процесів у спринтах;
• Прототипування інтерфейсів, організація технічних воркшопів, ретроспектив та інших agile-ритуалів.

Що ми очікуємо від кандидата:

• 3+ роки досвіду на позиції Project Manager, Technical Program Manager, DevOps Manager або подібній ролі;
• 2+ роки досвіду роботи з DevOps-командами;
• Практичний досвід управління людьми та командною завантаженістю;
• Сильні аналітичні та комунікаційні навички;
• Досвід організації процесів з нуля або оптимізації існуючих;
• Розуміння методологій управління проєктами (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe);
• Вміння фасилітувати технічні дискусії, приймати зважені рішення на основі даних;
• Системне мислення, вміння декомпозувати задачі, організованість, самостійність;
• Досвід роботи з ClickUp, Jira, Confluence або аналогічними системами;
• Рівень англійської — Upper Intermediate (B2) або вище (вся документація англійською мовою).
   

Технічні знання:

• CI/CD: пайплайни, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins;
• Containers & Infrastructure: Docker, Kubernetes;
• Cloud (AWS): EC2, IAM, S3, RDS та розділення середовищ (dev/stage/prod);
• IaC: Terraform, Ansible;
• Monitoring: Prometheus, Grafana, CloudWatch, New Relic;
• Security: DevSecOps-підхід, участь в аудитах;
• Architecture basics: frontend / backend / API / database / cache; Monolith vs Microservices;
• Version control: Git (pull requests, branching, merging), GitHub/GitLab;
• Базове розуміння стеків веб/мобільної розробки.
   

Буде плюсом:

• Досвід роботи в iGaming або high-load проєктах з критичними даними;
• Робота з проектами на PHP (Laravel) та Vue.js;
• Досвід координації проходження аудитів безпеки (CIS, ISO, SOC2, PCI DSS);
• Розуміння GitOps, управління конфігураціями, секретами, Helm;
• Глибокі знання Scrum і досвід проведення всіх agile-церемоній;
• Навички ефективної фасилітації командних обговорень;
• Досвід роботи у середовищі з багатьма технічними командами;

• Самостійність, здатність працювати у швидко змінних умовах та з мінливими пріоритетами.

Що входитиме до Ваших обов'язків:

• Проведення ручного тестування Web-застосунків (functional, regression, smoke, exploratory, UI/UX, usability);
• Аналіз бізнес-вимог, участь у refinement-сесіях, виявлення неочевидних edge cases та зон ризику;
• Створення, підтримка та оптимізація тест-кейсів і тест-планів у TestRail;
• Ретельне тестування REST API за допомогою Postman;
• Робота з інструментами моніторингу та логування (Sentry);
• Співпраця з automation QA: review автотестів, покриття мануальними тестами неавтоматизованих зон;
• Тестування у CI/CD середовищі (інтерпретація результатів автотестів);
• Виявлення дефектів, заведення багів у ClickUp з повною документацією.

Необхідні навички та досвід:

• 5+ років комерційного досвіду у сфері QA, включно з мінімум 2 роками тестування Web-застосунків (кросбраузерність, адаптивність, безпека, продуктивність);
• Глибокі знання в тестуванні REST API;
• Досвід тестування відповідності специфікаціям API;
• Знання мережевих протоколів (HTTP, WebSocket);
• Впевнений досвід роботи з TestRail;
• Знання Agile-методологій (Scrum), участь у daily, grooming, estimation;
• Вміння ефективно використовувати DevTools для дебагу веб-сторінок та аналізу поведінки UI.

Буде перевагою:

• Досвід написання автотестів на JavaScript/TypeScript (Cypress, Playwright);
• Знання основ автоматизованого тестування API та UI;
• Досвід тестування у сфері iGaming, з розумінням специфіки валідацій, транзакцій, бонусних систем;
• Робота з performance інструментом K6 - базовий рівень
