Mobilunity is seeking a Senior DevOps(AWS) Engineer to support our client’s cloud-native infrastructure and platform reliability initiatives. You will design, implement, and maintain highly scalable AWS environments, build infrastructure-as-code platforms, and develop automation tooling that enables secure, resilient, and efficient engineering operations.

Responsibilities:

• Design and manage AWS production-grade cloud environments
• Implement scalable containerized workloads using ECS and Fargate
• Build and maintain Terraform-based infrastructure (module-driven architecture)
• Develop automation tooling using Python (boto3) and Bash scripting
• Design secure networking architectures including VPCs, subnets, routing, and load balancing
• Implement CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions and Git-based workflows
• Ensure monitoring, logging, and security across infrastructure (CloudWatch, GuardDuty, WAF)
• Support database operations including RDS (Multi-AZ), DynamoDB, and DMS migrations
• Implement disaster recovery and resilience strategies
• Collaborate closely with engineering teams to improve deployment reliability and operational efficiency

You will work in a fully remote, globally distributed team, collaborating closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and Business stakeholders across different time zones.

This role requires a high level of autonomy, strong product thinking, and the ability to operate in ambiguity. You will proactively shape requirements, facilitate discussions, and ensure design consistency across the product ecosystem.

We are seeking an experienced Solutions Architect — DevOps to design, implement, and lead cloud-native and hybrid solutions across AWS and Microsoft Azure. This role bridges architecture, DevOps, and platform engineering, ensuring scalable, secure, and highly available systems while enabling CI/CD, infrastructure automation, and operational excellence.

You will collaborate with engineering, security, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into robust cloud architectures and guide teams through implementation and optimization.
 

Key Responsibilities:
 

Architecture & Cloud Designural Design 

•  Design end-to-end cloud solutions leveraging AWS and Azure services, including compute, storage, networking, security, and managed services
• Define reference architectures, landing zones, and multi-account / multi-subscription strategiesEvaluate existing systems and propose architectural improvements aligned with business and technical goals.
•  Architect hybrid and multi-cloud solutions with high availability, disaster recovery, and fault tolerance
• Ensure solutions meet performance, security, compliance, and cost-optimization requirements
   

DevOps & Platform Engineering
 

• Lead the design and implementation of CI/CD pipelines using tools such as GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps, or Jenkins.
•  Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform, AWS CloudFormation, and Azure Bicep/ARM
• Enable containerized and orchestration platforms using Docker, Kubernetes (EKS, AKS), and related tooling
• Drive automation for provisioning, configuration management, monitoring, and deployments
   

Security, Reliability & Operations
 

• Implement cloud security best practices including IAM, network segmentation, secrets management, and encryption
• Integrate DevSecOps practices, security scanning, and policy-as-code
• Design observability solutions using CloudWatch, Azure Monitor, Prometheus, Grafana, and logging platforms
• Support SRE practices, incident response, and operational runbooks
   

Collaboration & Leadership
 

• Act as a technical leader and trusted advisor to development teams and stakeholders
• Review architectures and provide guidance on cloud-native patterns and best practices
• Participate in technical decision-making, proofs of concept, and cloud migrations
   

Required Qualifications:
 

• 10+ years of experience in cloud architecture, DevOps, or platform engineering
• Extensive hands-on experience with AWS and Microsoft Azure in production environments
• Strong expertise in Infrastructure as Code (Terraform strongly preferred)
• Experience designing and operating CI/CD pipelines at scale
• Proficiency with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes, EKS, AKS)
