Jobs forward deployed

Main requirements

Snowflake Experience

The person should be proactive, well-organized, and an effective communicator, able to independently drive tasks forward, keep processes under control, and communicate clearly with the team and stakeholders.

Requirements

Senior Data Enginer

Snowflake — core development

• Writing and maintaining production views, secured views and stored logic in Snowflake
• Understanding of role-based access control: users, roles, GRANTs, warehouse and database entitlement models
• Enough query-tuning instinct to build views over large fact tables without wrecking performance — partition pruning, clustering awareness, avoiding SELECT *

Microsoft SQL Server

• T-SQL development
• Migrating legacy tables, views and stored procedures to Snowflake

Previous ETL Tooling Experience

Bonus Points

BI and semantic layer

• Sigma Computing — connection setup, workbooks, embedding, AI/Cortex configuration. We are rolling Sigma out now and retiring Tableau Desktop.
• Tableau — data source management, extract vs live strategy, extract scheduling and dependency mapping

Documentation and code review

• Producing data-flow and architecture diagrams
• Reviewing SQL/pipeline code to a standard — we have a code review backlog in other areas because there aren’t enough qualified SQL reviewers. A contractor who can act as a second reviewer is disproportionately valuable.

Azure DevOps (aka ADF Pipelines sync’d with Github)

• CI/CD pipelines for database and ADF artefacts, service principal / client secret configuration, release troubleshooting

External API ingestion

• Consuming and loading third-party APIs into the warehouse (e.g. FX/exchange rate feeds), including auth and error handling
• Snowflake Git integration — connecting a Git repository to Snowflake, versioning database objects and deploying from a branch, plus general source-control discipline for SQL and pipeline code
• Snowflake Streamlit — building lightweight in-warehouse data apps as an alternative to a full BI workbook where the audience is small or the use case is operational
• Python for data engineering and Snowpark
• Snowflake Cortex / LLM-in-warehouse features
• dbt or equivalent transformation tooling (not in use today, but relevant if we modernise)

Working attributes we need

• Comfortable being the second pair of hands on a one-person team — takes a ticket end-to-end without daily direction
• Documents as they go; we are explicitly trying to reduce single-person key-man risk
• Cost-aware: several of our decisions are spend-driven, not purely technical

About Impactable

Impactable is one of the leading LinkedIn Ads agencies in the world and an official LinkedIn Marketing Partner. We've grown from a LinkedIn-focused shop into a multi-channel B2B demand generation agency, built on a proprietary intelligence layer that lets us target, measure, and prove results in ways most agencies can't.

We're investor-backed and growing fast, with more growth ahead through organic expansion. Our approach is simple: pair sharp strategy with real signal intelligence and disciplined execution, and B2B clients win.

Our team is distributed across the US, Ukraine, and Serbia, organized into tight delivery pods so every client gets senior attention and clean accountability. If you're eager to learn and grow inside a fast-moving, tech-forward agency — with exposure to the latest tools, channels, and tactics — this is a place to do that.

Why This Role Exists

Impactable currently runs on an inbound-only sales model with no dedicated owner of the marketing engine (paid, organic, web) and no one driving outbound pipeline or pricing confidence. This role combines both gaps into one function: build and own the demand generation engine, and build the outbound/business development motion that gets the company pricing and positioning itself as a premium provider rather than under-selling its capabilities.

This is a build-and-own role, not a caretaker role — the person will be establishing the marketing motion and BD process largely from scratch.

What You'll Own

Marketing Engine (Demand Generation)

• Own paid, organic, and web strategy end-to-end
• Build efficient, repeatable pipeline generation to support the current inbound sales model
• Coordinate with channel teams (LinkedIn, Paid Search, Programmatic, Content) to align marketing output with sales-ready pipeline needs
• Partner with the content team (including the DemandSense "brand engine" initiative) to ensure marketing assets and thought leadership support both channels

Business Development & Outbound

• Design and stand up an outbound motion targeting high-tier accounts
• Work closely with Faith (inbound sales) and pod leaders to ensure consistent, confident positioning and pricing across all deals
• Support a more premium go-to-market posture — pricing and packaging that reflects Impactable's actual capabilities
• Conduct or support post-mortems on lost opportunities to continuously sharpen sales + marketing tactics

Cross-Functional

• Act as the connective tissue between marketing output and sales/BD execution — no more silos between "who generates the lead" and "who closes it"
• Report on pipeline health and channel performance to leadership

What Success Looks Like (First 6 Months)

• A functioning, documented marketing engine with clear channel ownership
• A first version of an outbound motion targeting named high-tier accounts
• Measurable improvement in pipeline consistency for the inbound sales team
• Visible reduction in ad-hoc/unapproved pricing exceptions

Who You Are

• 5+ years in a marketing leadership role, ideally with direct exposure to sales/BD or a hybrid marketing-and-sales function
• Comfortable owning both strategy and hands-on execution — this is not a purely strategic seat
• Experience building demand gen from a limited or immature base (not just optimizing an existing machine)
• Strong instincts around B2B pricing, positioning, and sales psychology — someone who can help the team sell with confidence
• Actively experimenting with AI and automation in marketing and growth workflows — this is a hands-on requirement, not a nice-to-have. Impactable is already AI-heavy operationally, and this person needs to fit that culture from day one
• Based in Ukraine, able to work substantially overlapping with a US-aligned schedule

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, or B2B agency environments
• Experience being the first marketing/BD hire at a company, or working as a fractional marketing/BD lead across multiple clients
• Experience building or deploying AI agents/automations for marketing, lead gen, or sales workflows

What we offer

• Salary range: $3,500—$4,500/month gross, based on skills and experience
• Full-time contractor engagement with a fast-growing, investor-backed agency
• 11 paid holidays per Ukrainian calendar
• 14 PTO days + 7 sick days annually (accrued after 90-day intro period)
• Dedicated onboarding mentor for your first months
• Real growth opportunities — we’re actively building out team lead and management roles as we scale

Type: Full-time

Brief introduction

We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and versatile Project Coordinator to help keep our projects, development work, hiring, testing, and daily operations organized and moving forward.

You do not need years of formal project management experience. We care more about whether you are smart, reliable, adaptable, comfortable with technology, able to prioritize, and able to use good judgment.

About us

Deploy Staff automates the manual work large enterprises run on: finance, operations, customer service, reporting. We build complex systems for clients in the US and UAE (currently primarily UAE), centered on production RAG and LLM workflows that read real documents and integrate with real ERP and finance systems.

Despite the name, we don't place specialists into other people's teams. We are not an outstaff company.

What you will do

• Keep projects organized and priorities visible
• Decide what needs attention first, and keep the team focused
• Schedule meetings and coordinate with clients and team members
• Turn meeting discussions into clear, actionable tasks
• Follow up with developers so nothing stalls or gets forgotten
• Test new features, spot issues, and write clear, reproducible bug reports (tracked in Jira)
• Keep project boards, docs, and task lists up to date
• Help with hiring: screening, interview coordination, applicant tracking
• Prepare project updates for clients and management
• Support the team with general coordination and admin tasks

What we are looking for

• Excellent written and spoken English
• Highly organized, with strong attention to detail
• Good judgment - notices when something doesn't add up, asks the right questions
• Prioritizes and works independently, without needing constant direction
• Comfortable testing software and spotting issues
• Comfortable learning new tools (we mainly use Jira, Slack, Google Workspace)
• Understands problems and explains them clearly to developers, clients, and candidates
• Reliable, responsive, accountable, and takes ownership
• Adaptable when priorities or direction shift
• Experience with software projects, PM, QA, recruiting, or business operations is a plus, not required

We are looking for someone versatile who can bring order to busy projects, adapt when priorities change, understand what matters most, and make sure things keep moving.

Please apply with a short cover letter (for example, introduction about your experience and why you think you would be a good fit).

Forest AI

## Start: ASAP

Full time preferred, four days works, three is possible. Freelance, permanent or B2B: your choice (freelance day rate discussed separately).

The best developers are now part product manager and part project manager of their own army of AI coding agents. Their job is making sure those agents deliver what the business actually needs, not just what someone wrote in a ticket. In that world the bottleneck isn't producing correct code. It's understanding the business and communicating clearly.

We work Claude Code first. If you don't believe in delivering that way, this isn't the right fit.

## About Forest AI

Forest AI helps companies become benchmark-driven in how they build AI agents. AI agent development demands an order of magnitude more testing before release than traditional deterministic software. We build the automated evaluation and testing layer that makes testing at that volume practical, so our customers can put AI into production in places where being wrong is expensive.

## What you'll actually work on

Your first engagement is with a German insurance venture (name shared in conversation) building an AI-driven B2C insurance value chain, quote, consult and purchase, all AI-driven, going live. There is a second track automating their internal insurance operations. It runs like a startup: decisions in-house, no corporate approval loops, ideas become working software the same day.

## The role

100% hands-on. You take a vague business need, turn it into a system that works, and keep it working, owning the why, the build and the test without depending on someone else for the biggest chunk of it.

• - Pick up signal fast. Hear one sentence mid-meeting, recognise it carries real information about what the business needs, work out what the speaker actually wants, and go deliver it.

  - Own outcomes to completion. We drop you into a project, say "automate this manual customer workflow," and three months later it just works, without anyone directing every detail.

  - Own customer satisfaction. If the customer doesn't see the ROI, the software gets thrown out. Everyone here writes down why a feature matters to the customer. Sometimes that lands in a presentation. When it doesn't, it lands in the commit message.

  - Push the business for clarity. Press for decisions where the right AI behaviour can't be intuited, or where the data to decide it doesn't exist yet.

## How we build

TypeScript end to end. Next.js and React on the front, Postgres on Supabase, AWS underneath, an agent framework (we use Mastra, any comparable one is fine), and Langfuse for tracing and evaluation.

Claude Code is the primary build tool, not an accessory. That's the part we care about most.

The specific tools matter far less than how quickly you become productive with them. If you've shipped serious software in another stack and you steer AI agents well, you're in scope.

## What we're looking for

•
  - Based in Estonia.

  - Several years building and running production software real customers depend on: APIs, backend services, data pipelines, and the operational reality of keeping them up.

  - A track record of owning a customer-facing build from zero to production, ideally more than once.

  - AI-native, hard requirement. Claude Code or Codex as your daily driver.

  - Roughly a year of real, hands-on exposure to building LLM-based features in production. Nobody has five years of it. Claiming so is a red flag.

  - Strong discipline around automated testing, CI/CD and monitoring. Evaluation and testing are our product, so this matters more here than in most places.

  - Real customer-facing time: consulting, forward deployed engineering, founding your own company, or an in-house role where you sat with the business. You've run requirements conversations and can separate the requests that genuinely drive return from the wishes and curiosities that arrive alongside them.

  - Pragmatic, solutions-first. No "not in my ticket" reflexes.

  - Working language is English. German is a plus, not a requirement. A significant share of the data you'll work with is in German.

## Process

1. short intro call.
2. call with CTO

(Dear candidates, please note: this is not a remote position!)

Lviv, Ukraine | Flexible / study-compatible | Occasional international travel

with the option to grow into a Robotics Engineer, Project Manager or Consultant

About Logivations

Logivations develops advanced robotics, Digital Twin and AI solutions for logistics and industrial environments. Our technology is used by more than 30,000 professionals worldwide and trusted by global companies including Adidas, Amazon, DHL, Coca-Cola, Heineken, Lidl, Migros and Swarovski.

For our robotics team in Lviv, we are looking for a technically strong colleague who wants to understand how autonomous mobile robots work in real customer environments and help automate their operation, diagnostics and support.

The Role

This is a technical engineering role rather than a traditional monitoring or supervision position. You will work with autonomous transport robots, analyse technical issues and help automate recurring support, deployment and diagnostic tasks.

You are not expected to know every technology from day one. We value analytical thinking, practical programming skills and the ability to understand complete technical systems.

Your Responsibilities

· Understand the technical behaviour of our autonomous transport robots, including navigation, sensors, fleet control, interfaces and interaction with the customer environment.

· Analyse technical incidents using logs, system data, dashboards and robot behaviour, and identify root causes rather than only treating symptoms.

· Develop scripts and tools that automate recurring monitoring, diagnostics, deployment, updates and support tasks.

· Improve automated health checks, alarms, diagnostics and recovery procedures.

· Work with our robotics developers to improve system reliability, maintainability and serviceability.

· Support software updates, configuration changes and technical roll-outs at customer systems.

· Fine-tune robot routes, speeds, task priorities and operational parameters after onboarding and training.

· Create Digital Twin simulations for testing, demonstrations and continuous improvement.

· Prepare concise technical documentation and troubleshooting guides, and occasionally support live robot operations during critical project phases or go-lives.

· After gaining experience, deliver operator trainings, take technical responsibility in customer projects and occasionally travel to client sites in the EU.

Your Profile

· You may be a developer, engineering student, recent graduate or junior engineer from robotics, automation, computer science, mechatronics, electrical engineering or a related technical field.

· Basic understanding of programming concepts is helpful. Some practical experience with languages such as Python, Java, C++, C# or similar is a plus, but not required.

· You think analytically, investigate root causes and look for ways to prevent problems from recurring.

· You are interested in robotics, automation and complete technical systems. Prior professional robotics experience is welcome but not required.

· Basic knowledge of Linux, networking, APIs, databases, logs, Docker or similar technologies is helpful, but we do not expect you to know everything from day one.

· You are comfortable learning unfamiliar technology from documentation, source code, developers and AI-assisted tools.

· Good communication skills and minimum intermediate English (B1/B2).

· Sense of responsibility, self-organisation and willingness to occasionally support critical project situations or travel internationally.

Where AI Fits In

AI is a useful engineering tool, not a replacement for technical understanding. We use it where it adds real value — for example for log analysis, documentation retrieval, fault classification and troubleshooting — while well-defined automation remains deterministic where appropriate.

We Offer

· Hands-on work with real autonomous robots and modern robotics software.

· A role focused on engineering and automation rather than repetitive operational supervision.

· Competitive compensation paid in EUR.

· Flexible working hours compatible with university studies or an early-career schedule.

· A supportive, professional team and a cozy office in Lviv.

· Direct cooperation with experienced robotics and software developers.

· International customer projects and occasional travel opportunities.

· A clear development path toward Robotics Engineer, Project Manager or Consultant.

Interested?

Visit www.logivations.com and www.pixel-robotics.eu for more information and send us your CV. If available, we are also happy to see GitHub projects, university projects or other technical work that shows how you approach engineering problems.

We look forward to meeting you!

Production experience with several of the following is expected:

LLM APIs · AI Agents · RAG · Vector Databases · MCP · Agent Frameworks · AI Automations

We care especially about how you work with AI—context, documentation, agents/sub-agents, code review, testing, and QA.

Executive Presence

This is a highly client-facing position.

You must have:

• Excellent spoken and written English
• Strong confidence and executive presence
• Experience communicating with senior client stakeholders
• Ability to explain complex technical topics in business language
• Confidence leading meetings with executives, operations teams, and enterprise IT
• Ability to become a trusted technical advisor rather than relying on someone else to manage the client relationship

The client specifically wants engineers who can independently represent the technical work in senior stakeholder meetings.

You're a Strong Fit If

You are a hands-on senior engineer who thinks like an architect, operates like an owner, and communicates like a consultant.

You don't wait for detailed specifications. You can understand the business problem, decide what should be built, build it, integrate it into a complex enterprise environment, and confidently present the result to the client.

• Microsoft/enterprise environments
• Authentication, security, and APIs
• Complex or legacy enterprise systems

You should be able to confidently discuss architecture and infrastructure with a client's IT team. This was explicitly highlighted by the hiring manager as increasingly important.

AI-Native Engineering

You should already use tools such as Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, or similar agentic coding tools as part of your normal development workflow.

Why this role is worth your next few years

Most QA jobs teach you one product and one process. You learn the checklist, and two years later the checklist is still all you know.

This one is different. You'll work across cloud security on AWS, Azure and GCP — deploying Kubernetes clusters, running infrastructure-as-code, testing threat detection, and writing the Java automation that holds it together. That isn't one skill. It's the stack the entire market is hiring for, learned properly, alongside people who will actually teach you.

You'll start with support and a defined feature area. Within a few months you'll be running that area yourself.

What you'll be doing

Testing and test design

• Own test plans for your feature areas — onboarding flows, dashboards, scanners, integrations — and turn them into prioritized test cases with real exit criteria
• Run feature QA cycles: validate acceptance criteria against the PRD, verify each requirement, sign off before release
• Run regression sweeps and verify fixes before they move forward

Automation

• Write and maintain WebUI tests in Java + Selenide, extending a framework that's already there — you're not starting from a blank file, but you will be shaping it
• Automate the areas you test by hand, so your manual time goes to exploratory and new-feature work
• Keep the suite healthy: investigate failures, separate real defects from flakiness, and fix the flaky ones properly
• Start contributing to how we test, not just what we test — stable selectors, reusable helpers, better test data

Hands-on cloud work

• Set up your own environments: onboard AWS accounts via Terraform and CloudFormation, Azure tenants, GCP projects, and verify off-boarding actually cleans up
• Deploy our sensors on EKS with Helm and on EC2 hosts
• Generate QA workloads and confirm the platform detects and displays them correctly
• Cross-check the UI against the underlying data — where the most interesting bugs live

Working with people

• Daily contact with backend and frontend engineers, PMs and designers inside your feature squad
• Keep test plans, cases and results documented in Jira and Confluence so anyone can pick up where you left off

What you need to bring

• Commercial QA experience covering both manual and automated testing
• Java — enough to read, extend and debug an existing test codebase confidently
• Hands-on UI automation you've done on a real project (Selenide, Selenium, or similar — transferable experience is fine)
• Test design fundamentals, and the judgment to know what not to test
• REST APIs and browser devtools: enough to tell whether a bug is frontend, backend, or data
• Working knowledge of at least one major cloud provider — console, IAM basics, onboarding flows
• Basic Linux and CLI: SSH, systemctl, reading logs
• Git and Jira
• English for daily work with a distributed team

Nice to have — not required

Kubernetes basics · Terraform or CloudFormation · interest in cybersecurity (CVEs, CSPM, IAM) · SQL or OpenSearch · CI/CD · regulated environments like FedRAMP or SOC 2

What actually matters to us

• Curiosity about why something broke. The best bugs on our board come with a diagnosis attached.
• Ownership. You set up your own environments, chase the answer, and follow the fix through to verification.
• Precision in writing. A vague bug report costs the team a day; a good one saves it.
• Willingness to learn fast. You don't need to arrive a cloud security expert. You need to want to become one.

What you get out of it

Real mentorship from engineers who know this domain cold. Depth in cloud security across all three major providers, hands-on Kubernetes and infrastructure-as-code, and a mature Java automation stack.

You'll absorb in months what most people spend years collecting — and come out the other side as an engineer nobody wants to lose.

Curious? Apply.

Java · Selenide · AWS / Azure / GCP · Kubernetes · Terraform · Runtime Threat Detection

About the role

Upwind is a runtime-powered cloud security platform. We protect customers' cloud environments across AWS, Azure, and GCP — from the moment an account is onboarded, through vulnerability and image scanning, CSPM and compliance, identity and inventory correctness, all the way to runtime threat detection.

You will own quality for a set of product areas end to end: writing and running the manual test plans, building and maintaining the UI automation that keeps them from regressing, and being the person who finds the problem before a customer does. You sit inside a feature squad next to the backend and frontend owners, not downstream of them.

This is a hands-on role with a real learning curve on the cloud-security domain. We expect you to grow into it, and we will support that.

What you'll actually do

Manual testing & test design

• Build test plans for new features — onboarding flows, dashboards, scanners, integrations — and turn them into structured, prioritized test cases (P0/P1/P2) with clear preconditions, steps, and exit criteria.
• Run feature-level manual QA cycles: validate acceptance criteria against the PRD, verify each functional requirement, sign off before go-live.
• Run regression and retest sweeps ahead of releases, and verify fixes on dev before they move forward.

Bug reporting

• File bugs that engineers can act on immediately: summary, exact reproduction steps, expected vs actual, impact, environment, and evidence (HTTP requests/responses, Terraform or Helm output, console links, screenshots).
• Triage bug clusters by root cause and link related issues, rather than filing ten tickets for one underlying defect.
• Escalate customer-impacting findings clearly — especially anything that blocks onboarding or produces silent data inconsistency.

Automation

• Write and maintain WebUI automated tests in Java + Selenide, extending an existing framework: new test cases, page objects, helpers, test data.
• Grow automation coverage for the areas you test manually, so that manual effort shifts toward exploratory and new-feature work.
• Keep the suite healthy — investigate failures, distinguish real defects from flakiness, and fix the flaky ones.
• Push testability into the product: drive stable data-testid selectors and other conventions instead of depending on CSS classes, DOM structure, or text.

Cloud & hands-on environment work

• Set up and tear down test environments yourself: onboard AWS accounts and organizations via CloudFormation and Terraform, onboard Azure tenants and GCP projects, and verify off-boarding actually cleans up.
• Deploy and validate our sensors — the Upwind Operator on EKS via Helm, and host agents on EC2 instances.
• Generate realistic QA workloads and verify the platform detects and displays them correctly.
• Cross-check what the UI shows against the underlying data — backing stores, exports, and reports — to catch cases where the UI and reality disagree.

Collaboration

• Work daily with backend and frontend engineers, product managers, and designers inside feature working groups (Slack channels, Figma, Confluence).
• Keep test plans, test cases, and results documented in Jira and Confluence so anyone can pick up the state of a feature.

What we're looking for

Must have

• Commercial experience in software QA covering both manual and automated testing.
• Java — confident enough to read, extend, and debug an existing test codebase.
• Hands-on experience with UI test automation (Selenide, Selenium, or a similar WebUI framework). Selenide specifically is a plus, but transferable experience is fine.
• Solid test design fundamentals: equivalence classes, boundary values, negative testing, prioritization, and knowing what not to test.
• Comfort with REST APIs and browser devtools — reading requests, responses, status codes, and payloads to pinpoint whether a bug is frontend, backend, or data.
• Working knowledge of at least one major cloud provider (AWS, Azure, or GCP) — you can navigate a console, understand IAM basics, and follow an onboarding flow.
• Basic Linux and CLI comfort: SSH, systemctl, log reading, running install scripts.
• Git, and experience working in a Jira-based workflow.
• English sufficient for daily written and spoken work with a distributed team.

Nice to have

• Kubernetes fundamentals — enough to run kubectl, install a Helm chart, and read pod logs.
• Terraform or CloudFormation exposure.
• Background or genuine interest in cybersecurity: vulnerabilities and CVEs, CSPM, IAM, threat detection.
• SQL or experience querying a data store (e.g. OpenSearch) to verify data independently of the UI.
• CI/CD experience — running suites in a pipeline, reading build failures.
• Experience testing in regulated or compliance-driven environments (FedRAMP, SOC 2, or similar).

What matters most to us

• Curiosity about why something broke, not just that it broke. The best bugs on our board come with a diagnosis attached.
• Ownership. You set up your own environments, you chase the answer, you follow the fix through to verification.
• Precision in writing. A vague bug report costs the team a day; a good one saves it.
• Willingness to learn cloud security fast. You don't need to arrive an expert — you do need to want to become one.

What you'll learn here

Real depth in cloud security across all three major providers, hands-on Kubernetes and infrastructure-as-code, a mature Java automation stack, and what it takes to ship a security platform trusted with production cloud environments.
