Опис
Ми шукаємо людину, яка зайде в нашу SEO-команду і зніме з неї рутину. Ти будеш автоматизувати робочі процеси, швидко збирати нові внутрішні сервіси за допомогою AI-інструментів (vibe coding - Cursor, Claude Code тощо), підтримувати вже наявну інфраструктуру та закривати поточні технічні задачі - від налаштування доменів до інтеграцій між сервісами.

Вимоги

• Досвід 1-2+ роки в автоматизації.
• Впевнена робота з AI-інструментами для розробки (Cursor, Claude Code, Copilot або аналоги) - вмієш поставити задачу, перевірити результат і довести код до продакшену.
• Базове розуміння Python та/або JavaScript - достатнє, щоб читати, відлагоджувати й правити код, який згенерував AI.
• Досвід роботи з доменами і DNS, хостингом, SSL, Cloudflare Workers & Pages.

Ми шукаємо не Project Manager, який би менеджив статуси і дедлайни команди. Нам потрібен hands-on Product Builder, який вміє та хоче “руками” створювати продуктові рішення та доводити їх до запуску.

Notexa виходить на ринок у категорії, де вже працюють такі сильні гравці, як PLAUD, Notta, Otter і Fireflies. Ми будуємо цілісний hardware + software продукт, який охоплює весь шлях користувача — від запису розмови до роботи з отриманою інформацією, AI-функціями та наступними діями.

Продукт перебуває на pre-launch етапі. На першому етапі ти відповідатимеш за web-частину продукту — від позиціонування та структури сайту до ключових user flows особистого кабінету.
 

Твоя головна мета:

За два місяці підготувати web-частину Notexa до запуску так, щоб вона:

• Зрозуміло пояснювала цінність продукту та зв’язок між hardware, software, AI і subscription-моделлю
• Формувала довіру до нового бренду
• Презентувала ключові use cases і переваги продукту
• Проводила користувача від першого знайомства до покупки
• Забезпечувала зрозумілий перехід від покупки до активації продукту
• Надавала зручний web-кабінет для роботи із записами, транскрипціями, summaries, AI-функціями та підпискою

• Дозволяла повноцінно запустити й надалі масштабувати performance marketing, водночас коректно враховуючи технічні вимоги SEO

За що ти відповідаєш

Ти є овнером web-продукту та якості кінцевого результату. Це означає відповідальність за positioning, value proposition, структуру воронки, conversion, візуальний рівень, запуск, аналітику та подальші ітерації — а не лише за постановку задач і контроль строків

Продукт і позиціонування

• Проводити аналіз провідних продуктів категорії, прямих й непрямих конкурентних рішень
• Визначати й адаптувати під Notexa найкращі ринкові патерни у структурі, UX, дизайні, оферах і комунікації
• Формувати positioning, value proposition, message hierarchy та ключові продуктові офери
• Проєктувати архітектуру сайту, user journey і структуру landing, product, pricing, comparison та use-case pages
• Працювати над продуктовими текстами: headlines, benefits, feature descriptions, objections, FAQ та CTA
• Проєктувати checkout, bundles у форматі device + subscription і ключові post-purchase flows

• Формувати інформаційну архітектуру та основні user flows web-кабінету

   

Conversion і трафік

• Разом із performance marketing-командою готувати web-основу для залучення платного трафіку: посадкові сторінки під різні креативи й сегменти, відповідність меседжу в рекламі першому екрану сторінки, conversion events, вимоги до CMS
• Визначати, який офер відповідає конкретному джерелу трафіку, і чому одна структура landing page працює для performance traffic, а інша — ні
• Враховувати технічні вимоги SEO-команди, які надаються окремо, під час формування структури сторінок і URL

• Формувати вимоги до аналітики, аналізувати перші дані після запуску та визначати наступні ітерації

   

Дизайн і візуальна якість

• Створювати wireframes і low-fidelity прототипи
• Аргументовано керувати дизайнерським результатом: пояснювати, що саме не працює, чому не працює і що потрібно змінити
• Бути співавтором продуктового рішення разом із дизайнером, а не лише замовником макетів
• Контролювати якість UX/UI та відповідність реалізації макетам
• Не пропускати посередній або шаблонний результат у production

• Ти не зобов’язаний самостійно створювати фінальний polished UI, brand identity, ілюстрації чи motion. Але ти маєш вміти самостійно сформувати структуру, змінити flow або wireframe, зібрати прототип, працювати з design system, критично оцінити результат дизайнера чи AI і довести його до рівня, який можна впевнено запускати.

   

Delivery

• Готувати backlog, user stories, acceptance criteria та конкретні задачі для дизайну й розробки
• Проводити product QA, самостійно проходити ключові сценарії та приймати готовий результат
• Управляти пріоритетами й залежностями, щоб довести продукт до запуску в межах двох місяців

• Використовувати AI для прискорення research, аналізу, роботи з текстами, прототипування та підготовки продуктових рішень

• 4+ роки досвіду у створенні та запуску web- або digital-продуктів у ролях Product Management, Growth, CRO, Product Marketing, Product Design, Design Lead, Founder або інших суміжних hands-on ролях. Для нас важливий не попередній тайтл, а фактичний scope: чи володів ти продуктовою задачею, чи приймав ключові рішення, чи можеш пояснити їхню логіку, чи доводив роботу до запуску

• Досвід запуску B2C web-продукту або значної web-частини продукту з нуля
