Business Development Manager (offline)

Skilled required:
β€” 2+ years of experience in selling IT services (outsourcing/outstaffing) in Europe/US/Israel/UAE markets (experience in APAC will be relevant too).
β€” Proven successful business development track record.
β€” Good understanding of IT technologies, IT terminology and markets.
β€” Work experience in a software product and/or IT-outsourcing company.
β€” Strong communication skills (negotiation, networking, interpersonal, etc.).
β€” Fluent written and verbal English.
β€” Experience in using CRM systems.
β€” BS or MS in technical science or management/marketing.
β€” Out-of-the-box mindset and ambitions.

As a plus:
β€” Basic understanding of Data Science / Machine Learning / Computer vision concepts.
β€” Experience in attending international exhibitions and working on a booth.

Responsibilities:
β€” Carry out market research through industry contacts, publications, trade events, news to identify ideas for growth.
β€” Define customer acquisition channels.
β€” Develop new business with clients from Europe/US/Israel/UAE.
β€” Generate, identify and grow leads. Working out the sales funnel from initial lead stage towards closure.
β€” Business proposals creation and presentation.
β€” Initial negotiation of contract terms together with lawyers.
β€” Work with in-house data science team on pre-sales and PoCs.
β€” Create marketing campaigns, attend relevant events, conferences and meetups.
β€” Linkedin business campaigns and warm calls.
β€” Maintain CRM and support of contracts with customers.
β€” In long-term β€” build business development team of professionals.
