Support Engineer (offline)
Job description:
The ideal candidate will provide the highest level of technical support to help resolve complex customer problems, be able to work independently, and have a passion for delivering excellent customer experience.
β Serve as a Customer support engineer who will master the company unique technology
β Taking ownership on support related issues
β Providing great customer experience, handling issues with expertise and kindness.
β Work with internal teams to resolve customer outstanding issues
β Establish knowledge and process to provide a great customer experience
REQUIREMENTS
β 1-3 years of experience as Customer Support Engineer
β Graduate Information Systems or Industrial Engineering and Management
β Working experience with databases like MySQL/ SQL\ Etc.
β Excellent troubleshooting skills
β Javascript good knowledge
β Working experience with NoSQL databases
β High level of communication skills in English
β SQL / MySQL good knowledge β Advantage
β Working experience with Python β Advantage
β Working experience as Customer Support Engineer - Advantage
