Business Analyst (offline)

Main duties
- work in close collaboration with management and research team to understand the project requirements and vision;
- preliminary analysis of IT project, estimation of scope, necessary resources and costs;
- regular communication with main project stakeholders;
- business requirements elicitation, analysis, specification and validation;
- BRD/FRD development;
- technical specifications documenting, creating user stories, use cases;
- writing technical tasks to developers;
Qualifications and skills
- bachelor or master’s degree in a relevant field;
- UML/BPMN business processes modeling knowledge;
- 2+ years of experience, including planning and tracking projects from at least 2 different areas (e.g. CRM system and mobile application);
- experience collecting technical requirements,;
- deep understanding of software development life cycle;
- familiarity with different programming languages and environments, as well as the ability to choose the optimal language according to project requirements and scope;
- familiarly with Scrum, Agile and PM Body of knowledge;
- excellent self-organization and time management skills;
- ability to work under pressure;
- exceptional communication skills, esp. ability to put complex technical concepts into plain language;
- fluent English.
Nice to have
- technical major, e.g. Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, Quantitative Finance;
- experience working with large amounts of data;
- experience in cost / benefit analysis;
- strong problem solving and negotiation capabilities.
